حالة الطقس 
في لفتة إنسانية حانية تُجسد عمق الروابط الأخوية الراسخة، وفي إطار الرعاية الأبوية الكريمة التي توليها القيادة الرشيدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية للسكان في اليمن، حققت قيادة القوات المشتركة لتحالف دعم الشرعية بمحافظة شبوة، أمنية والدي «شهيدي البحر» الشقيقين إسحاق وعمر العظمي (من أبناء مديرية رضوم)، عبر تسهيل وتمكين سفرهما لأداء فريضة الحج لهذا العام، وهي المبادرة النبيلة التي حظيت بإشادات واسعة النطاق.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة المباركة، امتداداً للمواقف الأخوية والإنسانية المستمرة التي تقدمها المملكة العربية السعودية تجاه أبناء الشعب اليمني، ولا سيما رعاية أسر الشهداء وبلسمة جراحهم، امتداداً لروابط الجوار والقربى والمصير المشترك التي تجمع البلدين الشقيقين.
تسهيلات استثنائية وحفاوة
وكانت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي قد تداولت على نطاق واسع صورة حظيت بتفاعل لافت، تُظهر والد الشهيدين، المواطن حسين العظمي، برفقة أحد الكوادر الأمنية السعودية في المنفذ الحدودي، وهو يحظى بالحفاوة والتكريم أثناء استكمال إجراءات دخوله إلى الأراضي المقدسة لأداء المناسك بيسر وسهولة.
وثمّن ناشطون ومواطنون يمنيون هذه المبادرة الإنسانية الكريمة، مؤكدين أنها تعكس حرص قيادة القوات المشتركة على تلمس احتياجات اليمنيين، والوقوف اللامحدود في مختلف الظروف والأوقات.
مكرمة القيادة السعودية أثلجت صدورنا
وفي تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، رفع والد الشهيدين، حسين العظمي خالص الشكر وعظيم الامتنان إلى خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وولي عهده رئيس مجلس الوزراء، وإلى الشعب السعودي الكريم، على ما حظي به من رعاية واهتمام وتسهيلات استثنائية أثلجت صدورهم، مؤكداً أن هذه اللفتة الكريمة حوّلت حلم السنين إلى واقع ملموس.
وقال العظمي ونبرات التأثر والوجدان تسبق كلماته: «نعجز عن شكر المملكة العربية السعودية قيادة وحكومة وشعباً على هذه المكرمة العظيمة بتمكيننا من أداء مناسك الحج، وما التمسناه من جهود مباركة وحفاوة بالغة منذ وصولنا المنفذ وحتى بلوغنا المشاعر المقدسة، يجسد أسمى معاني السخاء والإخاء، ويعكس التفاعل الصادق للمملكة مع المسلمين كافة».
وأضاف: «هذه هي المرة الأولى التي نتشرف فيها بزيارة المملكة وأداء مناسك الحج، وكانت أمنية تختلج في صدورنا منذ سنوات طوال، وجاءنا الخبر كالبشارة السارة دون سابق موعد، لتتحول الأمنية إلى حقيقة بفضل الله ثم بفضل هذه اللفتة السعودية الحانية».
واختتم العظمي حديثه «لا نملك أمام هذا العطاء الإنساني النبيل الذي بدأ منذ عمليات البحث عن نجليّ الغريقين في عرض البحر وحتى تسهيل حجنا اليوم إلا الدعاء الخالص للمملكة بالتوفيق والسداد، والحمد لله على أقداره في السراء والضراء».
In a compassionate humanitarian gesture that embodies the depth of the established fraternal bonds, and within the framework of the generous parental care provided by the wise leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the people in Yemen, the leadership of the joint forces of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Shabwa Governorate has fulfilled the wish of the parents of the “Martyrs of the Sea,” the brothers Ishaq and Omar Al-Athmi (from the district of Radum), by facilitating and enabling their travel to perform the Hajj this year, a noble initiative that has received widespread acclaim.
This blessed step comes as an extension of the ongoing fraternal and humanitarian stances that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers to the Yemeni people, particularly in caring for the families of martyrs and healing their wounds, extending the bonds of neighborhood, kinship, and shared destiny that unite the two brotherly countries.
Exceptional Facilitation and Warmth
Social media platforms widely circulated a photo that garnered notable interaction, showing the father of the martyrs, citizen Hussein Al-Athmi, alongside a Saudi security personnel at the border crossing, receiving warmth and honor while completing the procedures for his entry into the holy lands to perform the rituals with ease and comfort.
Activists and Yemeni citizens praised this kind humanitarian initiative, affirming that it reflects the leadership of the joint forces’ commitment to addressing the needs of Yemenis and their unwavering support in various circumstances and times.
The Generosity of the Saudi Leadership Has Brought Us Joy
In a special statement to “Okaz,” the father of the martyrs, Hussein Al-Athmi, expressed his sincere gratitude and deep appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to the generous Saudi people, for the care, attention, and exceptional facilitation they received, which has brought them joy, affirming that this kind gesture has turned years of dreams into a tangible reality.
Al-Athmi said, with emotions and feelings preceding his words: “We are unable to thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—leadership, government, and people—for this great honor of enabling us to perform the Hajj rituals, and for the blessed efforts and profound warmth we experienced from the moment we arrived at the crossing until we reached the holy sites, embodying the highest meanings of generosity and brotherhood, and reflecting the sincere interaction of the Kingdom with all Muslims.”
He added: “This is the first time we have the honor of visiting the Kingdom and performing the Hajj rituals, a wish that has been in our hearts for many years, and the news came to us like a joyful announcement without prior notice, turning the wish into a reality thanks to God and then to this compassionate Saudi gesture.”
Al-Athmi concluded his remarks by saying, “In light of this noble humanitarian giving, which began from the search operations for my two sons who drowned at sea until the facilitation of our Hajj today, we can only offer sincere prayers for the Kingdom for success and guidance, and we thank God for His decrees in times of ease and hardship.”
