ورغم أن الزفاف وُصف بأنه من أكثر حفلات العام فخامة، فوجئ كثيرون بتصميم الباقة، إذ بدت بسيطة وعفوية بأزهار برية وألوان هادئة، وهو ما دفع عدداً من المتابعين إلى وصفها بأنها «باهتة» أو «ذابلة»، بينما شبّهها آخرون بباقة جُمعت من الحديقة، معتبرين أنها لا تتناسب مع حفل زفاف بهذه الضخامة.
