عُقد الاجتماع الـ67 للجنة الرقابة الوزارية المشتركة (JMMC) عبر الاتصال المرئي، واستعرضت خلاله اللجنة الأوضاع الحالية للسوق البترولية، وأكدت فيه الدور المحوري لإعلان التعاون في دعم استقرار أسواق الطاقة العالمية.
وجددت اللجنة التأكيد على استمرارها في مراقبة مدى الالتزام بتعديلات الإنتاج، التي اتُفق عليها في الاجتماع الوزاري الـ38 للدول الأعضاء في المنظمة والدول المنتجة من خارجها المشاركة في إطار اتفاق التعاون لأوبك بلس، الذي عُقد في 5 ديسمبر من عام 2024، ومراقبة تعديلات الإنتاج الطوعية الإضافية، التي أعلنت عنها بعض الدول المشاركة من أوبك ومن خارجها، وفقًا لما اتُفق عليه في الاجتماع الـ52 للجنة الرقابة الوزارية المشتركة الذي عُقد في 1 فبراير من عام 2024. وتقرر عقد الاجتماع القادم للجنة الرقابة الوزارية المشتركة (الاجتماع الـ68) في 4 أكتوبر 2026.
عقد اجتماعات إضافية
وستواصل اللجنة مراقبة أوضاع السوق بشكل دقيق، كما تحتفظ بصلاحية عقد اجتماعات إضافية، أو الدعوة لعقد الاجتماع الوزاري للدول الأعضاء في منظمة أوبك والدول المنتجة المشاركة من خارجها، استنادًا إلى ما اتُفق عليه خلال الاجتماع الوزاري الـ38 للدول الأعضاء في المنظمة والدول المنتجة المشاركة من خارجها، الذي عُقد في 5 ديسمبر 2024.
حماية الملاحة البحرية
وأشارت اللجنة إلى الأهمية البالغة لحماية ممرات الملاحة البحرية الدولية؛ بما يضمن التدفق المستمر وغير المنقطع لإمدادات الطاقة، كما أعربت اللجنة عن قلقها بشأن الهجمات التي تستهدف البنية التحتية للطاقة، منوهة إلى أن إعادة منشآت الطاقة المتضررة إلى كامل طاقتها التشغيلية عملية مكلفة وتستغرق وقتًا طويلًا، ما يؤثر على توفر الإمدادات عموماً.
وأكدت اللجنة أن أي أعمال من شأنها تقويض أمن إمدادات الطاقة، سواء من خلال استهداف البنية التحتية أو تعطيل ممرات الملاحة البحرية الدولية، تزيد تقلبات السوق وتضعف الجهود الجماعية ضمن إعلان التعاون التي تدعم استقرار الأسواق بما يعود بالنفع على المنتجين والمستهلكين والاقتصاد العالمي.
واستعرضت اللجنة خلال الاجتماع بيانات إنتاج البترول الخام لشهري مايو ويونيو من عام 2026، مشيدة بالتزام الدول الأعضاء في منظمة أوبك والدول المنتجة المشاركة من خارجها بإعلان التعاون.
The 67th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) was held via video conference, during which the committee reviewed the current conditions of the oil market and reaffirmed the pivotal role of the Declaration of Cooperation in supporting the stability of global energy markets.
The committee reiterated its commitment to continue monitoring compliance with the production adjustments agreed upon at the 38th ministerial meeting of the member countries of the organization and the participating non-member producing countries within the framework of the OPEC+ cooperation agreement, which was held on December 5, 2024, and to monitor the additional voluntary production adjustments announced by some participating countries from OPEC and outside it, in accordance with what was agreed upon at the 52nd meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee held on February 1, 2024. The next meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (the 68th meeting) is scheduled for October 4, 2026.
Holding Additional Meetings
The committee will continue to closely monitor market conditions and retains the authority to hold additional meetings or to call for a meeting of the ministerial members of OPEC and the participating non-member producing countries, based on what was agreed upon during the 38th ministerial meeting of the member countries of the organization and the participating non-member producing countries, which was held on December 5, 2024.
Protecting Maritime Navigation
The committee emphasized the critical importance of protecting international maritime navigation routes to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted flow of energy supplies. The committee also expressed its concern regarding attacks targeting energy infrastructure, noting that restoring damaged energy facilities to their full operational capacity is a costly process that takes a long time, which affects the availability of supplies in general.
The committee affirmed that any actions that undermine the security of energy supplies, whether by targeting infrastructure or disrupting international maritime navigation routes, increase market volatility and weaken collective efforts within the Declaration of Cooperation that support market stability, benefiting producers, consumers, and the global economy.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed crude oil production data for May and June 2026, commending the commitment of the member countries of OPEC and the participating non-member producing countries to the Declaration of Cooperation.
