أعلنت شركة «نيشنز أوف سكاي» عن إطلاق الجزيرة الأولى من مشروعها السكني الفاخر «جريان نيشنز أوف سكاي» على ضفاف نهر النيل بمدينة الشيخ زايد بغرب القاهرة، بمساحة 92 فدانًا تضم 500 فيلا فاخرة كاملة التشطيب بمساحات تبدأ من 186 حتى 1000 متر مربع، لتلبية تطلعات العملاء الباحثين عن أعلى مستويات الخصوصية والفخامة. ويأتي المشروع ضمن استراتيجية الشركة لتطوير مجتمعات سكنية متكاملة تعتمد على معايير عالمية في الاستدامة وتعزز جودة الحياة.
بالتزامن مع الإطلاق، تشارك الشركة في معرض سيتي سكيب الرياض من 17 إلى 20 نوفمبر 2025 لإتاحة الفرصة للزوار للتعرف على تفاصيل المشروع ووحداته الفاخرة ومزاياه المتنوعة. ويقع مشروع «جريان نيشنز أوف سكاي» داخل مدينة «جريان» المقامة على 2200 فدان، وتتميز بموقع استراتيجي يبعد 15 دقيقة عن مطار سفنكس، و20 دقيقة عن المتحف المصري الكبير، مع اتصال مباشر بمحور الشيخ زايد والطريق الدائري الأوسطي، إضافة إلى شبكة طرق داخلية متطورة.
وأوضح المهندس تامر نبيل نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة أن المشروع يجسد رؤية الشركة في بناء مجتمعات مستدامة تعتمد على الفخامة والتخطيط الذكي، وتوفر تجربة سكنية واستثمارية فريدة ترتكز على الابتكار والجودة. كما أكد أن المشروع يدعم توجه الدولة نحو التوسع العمراني في إطار مشروع «الدلتا الجديدة».
ولسهولة امتلاك الوحدات، يوفر المشروع خطط سداد مرنة تبدأ بمقدم 10% فقط مقسمة إلى 5% تعاقد، و5% بعد شهر، مما يجعل الاستثمار في المشروع أكثر سهولة وجاذبية. وتلتزم الشركة بتسليم جميع الوحدات والمرافق خلال خمس سنوات كحد أقصى، وقد أنهت بالفعل تنفيذ 64 فيلا من المرحلة الأولى.
وتعد الجزيرة الأولى أول منطقة مخصصة بالكامل للفيلات السكنية داخل مدينة جريان، وقد صُممت وفق نظام المصاطب الهندسية المكون من أربع مصاطب بارتفاع 7 أمتار لكل مصطبة، مما يضمن حصول 90% من الوحدات على إطلالات بانورامية مفتوحة على المساحات الخضراء والمسطحات المائية.
