أكد المدير التنفيذي لوكالة الطاقة الدولية فاتح بيرول أن أسعار النفط تضاعفت مقارنة ببداية الحرب، مؤكداً أن الحل الأهم لهذه المشكلة هو فتح مضيق هرمز بالكامل ودون شروط.
وبين أنه مع اقتراب موسم الزراعة فستنعكس أسعار الطاقة على أسعار المواد الغذائية نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار النفط، وهذه مجرد البداية.
ووصف بيرول أزمة الطاقة الحالية بأنها الأكبر منذ عام 1973، وتعد أكبر بكثير من الأزمات الثلاث التي شهدها التاريخ مجتمعة.
The Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, Fatih Birol, confirmed that oil prices have doubled compared to the beginning of the war, emphasizing that the most important solution to this problem is to fully open the Strait of Hormuz without conditions.
He indicated that as the farming season approaches, energy prices will reflect on food prices due to the rise in oil prices, and this is just the beginning.
Birol described the current energy crisis as the largest since 1973, and it is much greater than the three crises that history has witnessed combined.
