قررت الدول السبع الأعضاء في مجموعة «أوبك بلس»، التي تضم المملكة العربية السعودية، وروسيا، والعراق، والكويت، وكازاخستان، والجزائر، وعُمان، التي سبق أن أعلنت عن تعديلات طوعية إضافية في شهري أبريل ونوفمبر من عام 2023، خلال عقدها اجتماعًا، عبر الاتصال المرئي؛ لمراجعة مستجدات السوق البترولية وآفاقها المستقبلية، المشاركة في تنفيذ تعديل في مستويات الإنتاج قدره 188 ألف برميل يوميًا من إجمالي كميات التعديلات الإضافية الطوعية التي أُعلن عنها في أبريل 2023.
ومن المقرر تطبيق هذا التعديل في شهر سبتمبر 2026.
تسريع عملية التعويض
ونوهت الدول السبع الأعضاء في مجموعة «أوبك بلس» إلى أن هذا الإجراء سيوفر فرصة للدول المشاركة لتسريع عملية التعويض، وجددت الدول السبع التزامها بإعلان التعاون، بما في ذلك التعديلات الطوعية الإضافية التي سيتم مراقبة الالتزام بها من قبل لجنة الرقابة الوزارية المشتركة، وقد أكّدت الدول عزمها على تعويض كامل كميات الإنتاج الزائدة منذ يناير 2024.
وستواصل الدول السبع عقد اجتماعات شهرية لمتابعة تطورات السوق، على أن يُعقد الاجتماع القادم في 6 سبتمبر 2026.
The seven member countries of the “OPEC Plus” group, which includes Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman, have decided to implement an adjustment in production levels of 188,000 barrels per day from the total amounts of additional voluntary adjustments announced in April 2023, during a virtual meeting to review the latest developments in the oil market and its future prospects.
This adjustment is scheduled to take effect in September 2026.
Accelerating the Compensation Process
The seven member countries of the “OPEC Plus” group noted that this measure will provide an opportunity for participating countries to accelerate the compensation process. The seven countries reaffirmed their commitment to the cooperation declaration, including the additional voluntary adjustments that will be monitored for compliance by the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee. The countries confirmed their determination to fully compensate for all excess production since January 2024.
The seven countries will continue to hold monthly meetings to monitor market developments, with the next meeting scheduled for September 6, 2026.
