حالة الطقس 
تكثف الفنانة هدى حسين نشاطها الفني خلال الفترة الراهنة عبر بطولة ثلاثة أعمال درامية تُحضر لها بالتزامن، في خطوة تُواصل بها تعزيز حضورها على شاشة التلفزيون، وترسيخ مكانتها كإحدى أبرز نجمات الدراما الكويتية والخليجية.
3 مسلسلات
وتتولى هدى حسين بطولة ثلاثة مسلسلات هي «الحانوتي» و«المهبولة» و«ليل خرمس»، ضمن سلسلة من النشاط الفني المتواصل الذي لم ينقطع منذ مشاركتها في موسم دراما رمضان الماضي، لتؤكد استمرارها في الرهان على التنوع واختيار موضوعات مختلفة.
«الحانوتي»
وتخوض هدى حسين في مسلسل «الحانوتي» تجربة درامية تمزج بين الغموض والإثارة، عبر عمل يتكون من عشر حلقات فقط، في إطار يتماشى مع توجه الدراما الكويتية نحو إنتاج الأعمال القصيرة، التي باتت تحظى بإقبال متزايد من جمهور المنصات الرقمية وشاشات التلفزيون.
ومن المقرر أن ينطلق تصوير المسلسل في البحرين خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة، بعدما اكتملت التحضيرات واختيار مواقع التصوير، إلى جانب الاستقرار على فريق العمل، الذي يضم خالد البريكي، وشيماء علي، وفرح الصراف، وسعاد الشطي، ومرام البلوشي، وبثينة الرئيسي، وآخرين. والعمل من تأليف علي شمس وإخراج محمد مغراوي.
«المهبولة»
كما تستعد هدى حسين لبدء تصوير مسلسل «المهبولة»، الذي يمتد أيضاً لعشر حلقات، ومن المُقرر عرضه خارج سباق دراما رمضان 2027، في وقت تتواصل فيه التحضيرات الخاصة بالعمل واختيار بقية أبطاله تمهيداً لانطلاق التصوير قريباً.
وينتمي المسلسل إلى دراما الرعب النفسي والأساطير الشعبية المستوحاة من الموروث الخليجي، وهو اللون الذي سبق أن حققت فيه هدى حسين حضوراً لافتاً بأعمال مثل «كف ودفوف» و«البيت الملعون».
وتستند قصة «المهبولة» إلى واحدة من أشهر الحكايات المتداولة في الذاكرة الشعبية الخليجية، حول شخصية «الملاية»، التي ارتبطت عبر عقود بروايات متباينة عن الشعوذة والغموض، قبل أن تتحول إلى أسطورة متوارثة وجزء من الموروث الشعبي في المنطقة.
«ليل خرمس»
أما مسلسل «ليل خرمس»، فيمثل ثالث المشاريع الدرامية التي تتصدر هدى حسين بطولتها؛ إذ يُنتظر انطلاق تصويره مطلع سبتمبر القادم، تمهيداً لعرضه خارج الموسم الرمضاني، ويتألف كذلك من عشر حلقات.
وينتمي العمل إلى الدراما التشويقية المستوحاة من التراث والفلكلور الشعبي، مستنداً إلى الأساطير والخرافات القديمة المتداولة في البيئة الخليجية، في قصة جديدة كُلياً، وهو ما يعزز حضور هدى حسين في هذا المسار الدرامي، الذي يشهد تنامياً ملحوظاً خلال عام 2026، مع تزايد اهتمام المنتجين باستلهام الحكايات الشعبية وتقديمها برؤية تلفزيونية معاصرة.

3 Series
Huda Hussein is taking the lead in three series: “Al-Hanouti,” “Al-Mahbula,” and “Layl Kharmas,” as part of a series of continuous artistic activity that has not ceased since her participation in last Ramadan’s drama season, confirming her commitment to diversity and the selection of different themes.
“Al-Hanouti”
In the series “Al-Hanouti,” Huda Hussein embarks on a dramatic experience that blends mystery and suspense, through a work consisting of only ten episodes, in a framework that aligns with the trend of Kuwaiti drama towards producing short works, which have been increasingly popular among audiences on digital platforms and television screens.
The filming of the series is scheduled to begin in Bahrain in the coming days, after the preparations have been completed and filming locations have been chosen, along with finalizing the cast, which includes Khaled Al-Buraiki, Shaima Ali, Farah Al-Sarraf, Suad Al-Shatti, Maram Al-Balushi, Buthaina Al-Raisi, and others. The work is written by Ali Shams and directed by Mohammed Maghrabi.
“Al-Mahbula”
Huda Hussein is also preparing to start filming the series “Al-Mahbula,” which also spans ten episodes and is set to be aired outside the Ramadan drama race of 2027, while preparations for the work and the selection of its remaining cast continue in anticipation of filming starting soon.
The series belongs to the genre of psychological horror and folk legends inspired by Gulf heritage, a style in which Huda Hussein has previously made a notable presence with works like “Kaf wa Dafouf” and “Al-Bayt Al-Maloun.”
The story of “Al-Mahbula” is based on one of the most famous tales circulating in the Gulf’s popular memory, about the character “Al-Malayah,” which has been associated for decades with various narratives about witchcraft and mystery, before it transformed into a passed-down legend and part of the region’s folklore.
“Layl Kharmas”
The series “Layl Kharmas” represents the third dramatic project led by Huda Hussein; filming is expected to commence at the beginning of September, in preparation for its airing outside the Ramadan season, and it also consists of ten episodes.
The work belongs to the suspense drama inspired by heritage and popular folklore, based on ancient myths and superstitions prevalent in the Gulf environment, in a completely new story, which enhances Huda Hussein’s presence in this dramatic path, which is witnessing significant growth during 2026, with increasing interest from producers in drawing inspiration from folk tales and presenting them with a contemporary television vision.
