حالة الطقس 
تنظر محكمة أسرة قصر النيل، الأحد القادم، في القضايا التي أقامتها طليقة الفنان المصري بيومي فؤاد للمطالبة بحقوق طفلهما المادية والتعليمية، بعد فشل كل المساعي والحلول الودّية التي أُجريت بين الطرفين في الكواليس طوال الأسابيع الماضية.
تحريات موسعة
وكلفت المحكمة الجهات المعنية للبدء فوراً في إجراء تحريات موسعة للوقوف على حجم دخل وممتلكات فؤاد الحقيقية، لبدء النظر في 4 دعاوى أقامتها طليقة بيومي خاصة بنفقة المدرسة، والمسكن، وأجر الحضانة للطفل.
حق الولاية
وكشفت طليقة بيومي فؤاد كواليس المعركة القضائية، معلنةً حصولها أخيراً، على حكم قضائي يمنحها حق الولاية التعليمية بشكل رسمي.
وأوضحت في بيان لها، أنها وجدت نفسها مُجبرة، خلال الأشهر الماضية، على تحمّل كل التكاليف المالية ومصروفات الطفل بمفردها، بسبب تعذّر الوصول إلى نقطة التقاء أو تسوية مادية منصفة مع طليقها قبل تصعيد النزاع والذهاب إلى ساحات القضاء.
محاولات للتسوية
وأضافت: لجأت إلى القضاء بعد سلسلة طويلة من محاولات التسوية غير الرسمية، إلا أن تذرّع بيومي فؤاد بعدم قدرته المالية على سداد الالتزامات والوفاء بالنفقات المطلوبة منه لرعاية ابنه، جعل المحاكم الملاذ الأخير لضمان حقوق الصغير القانونية.
وأكدت أن الفريق القانوني الموكّل عنها بادر بالتواصل مع الطرف الآخر أكثر من مرة بهدف إيجاد صيغة تفاهم تحمي خصوصية الأسرة، وتُنهي الخلاف بعيداً عن الإعلام، لكن تلك المبادرات اصطدمت بالرفض التام وعدم الاستجابة.
The Family Court of Qasr Al-Nil will hear, next Sunday, the cases filed by the ex-wife of the Egyptian artist Bayoumi Fouad to demand their child’s financial and educational rights, after all attempts and amicable solutions made between the two parties behind the scenes over the past weeks have failed.
Extensive Investigations
The court has tasked the relevant authorities to immediately begin conducting extensive investigations to determine the true income and assets of Fouad, in order to start considering the four lawsuits filed by Bayoumi’s ex-wife, which are related to school fees, housing, and child custody payments.
Right of Custody
Bayoumi Fouad’s ex-wife revealed the details of the legal battle, announcing that she has finally obtained a court ruling granting her official educational custody rights.
She explained in a statement that she found herself forced, over the past months, to bear all the financial costs and expenses for the child alone, due to the inability to reach a point of agreement or fair financial settlement with her ex-husband before escalating the dispute and going to court.
Attempts at Settlement
She added: I resorted to the courts after a long series of informal settlement attempts, but Bayoumi Fouad’s claim of financial incapacity to meet his obligations and fulfill the required expenses for the care of his son made the courts the last resort to ensure the child’s legal rights.
She confirmed that her legal team reached out to the other party multiple times in an effort to find a mutual understanding that would protect the family’s privacy and resolve the dispute away from the media, but those initiatives faced complete rejection and lack of response.
