حالة الطقس 
ألزمت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية اليوم، شركتين للصوتيات والمرئيات بدفع 200 ألف جنيه كتعويض مادي وأدبي لورثة الشاعر أحمد فؤاد نجم لتعديهما على تراثه وادعاء ملكيته.
تعويض مادي
وكشفت نوران ابنة الشاعر الراحل أحمد فؤاد نجم، إلزام شركتي صوت الحب للصوتيات والمرئيات ومون ساوند، بتعويض مادي لورثة الراحل، بحكم من المحكمة الاقتصادية.
وقالت في منشور لها على «فيسبوك»: «اللهم لك الحمد والشكر يا رب، والله ما قلت لأي حد قبلكم، شكراً لكل إنسان تضامن معايا، ما يؤمرش عليكم ظالم ولا لص ولا آكل حقوق يتامى».
وأضافت: «الثلاثة اللي كانوا واكلين مال يتامى، واحدة منهم قابلت ربها، وواحد منهم الإعلامي محمود سعد استضافه ووصفه بصانع النجوم، وكلنا هنقابل وجه كريم، الظالم والمظلوم، والسارق والمسروق، والذليل وصاحب الكرامة، والدنيا ما هي إلا أكلة مصيرها إلى الخلاء، ونومة مصيرها إلى اليقظة، ومتعة مصيرها إلى الندم، ومفيش حاجة تسوى».
حصر الأرباح
وتابعت: «اللهم لك الحمد والشكر، المحكمة حكمت بتعويض للورثة 200 ألف جنيه فقط لا غير، وذلك لعدم تمكن اللجنة من حصر أرباح المنصات أو تقديرها، وأنا فرحانة بميتين ألف جنيه هيتوزعوا على 10 ورثة، فيهم بركة الحلال أحسن من ملايين يبقى فيهم لعنة الحرام، وأهم حاجة جيبنا حقك يا بابا».
The Economic Court of Cairo today ordered two audio and visual companies to pay 200,000 Egyptian pounds as material and moral compensation to the heirs of the poet Ahmed Fouad Negm for infringing on his heritage and claiming ownership of it.
Material Compensation
Nouran, the daughter of the late poet Ahmed Fouad Negm, revealed that the companies Sawt Al-Hob for audio and visual services and Moon Sound were ordered to provide material compensation to the heirs of the deceased by a ruling from the economic court.
She said in a post on “Facebook”: “O Allah, all praise and thanks are for You, O Lord. I swear I haven’t told anyone before you, thank you to everyone who stood by me. No oppressor, thief, or one who takes the rights of orphans should prevail over you.”
She added: “The three who were consuming the orphans’ money, one of them has met her Lord, and one of them, the media figure Mahmoud Saad, hosted him and described him as a star maker. We will all meet a noble face, the oppressor and the oppressed, the thief and the stolen from, the humiliated and the dignified, and this world is nothing but a meal destined for the void, a sleep destined for awakening, and a pleasure destined for regret, and nothing is worth it.”
Profit Assessment
She continued: “O Allah, all praise and thanks are for You. The court ruled for the heirs to receive only 200,000 Egyptian pounds, as the committee was unable to assess the profits of the platforms or estimate them. I am happy with the 200,000 pounds that will be distributed among 10 heirs; there is a blessing in what is lawful, better than millions that may carry the curse of the unlawful, and the most important thing is that we have brought your right, Dad.”
