جاء ذلك عقب إعلان دخوله موسوعة «غينيس» للأرقام القياسية للمرة الثانية، إثر تحقيقه إنجازاً تاريخياً بتصدره قائمة «بيلبورد عربية» لأفضل 100 فنان لمدة 69 أسبوعاً متواصلاً، وهو ما اعتبرته المؤسسة الموثقة لفتة استثنائية لمسيرة امتدت لأربعة عقود.

من جانبها، أكدت إدارة «بيلبورد عربية» أن اللقب يمثل امتداداً طبيعياً لفنان صنع معادلته الخاصة في صدارة المشهد الغنائي، وقدرة استثنائية على قيادة الذائقة الموسيقية العربية ومواكبة تحولاتها على مدار عقود متتالية.

For its part, the “Billboard Arabic” management confirmed that the title represents a natural extension for an artist who has created his own equation at the forefront of the musical scene, with an exceptional ability to lead the Arab musical taste and keep up with its transformations over consecutive decades.
