برأت محكمة الاستئناف جنايات مستأنف 9 برئاسة المستشار عبدالله الصانع، الفنانة إلهام الفضالة من الاتفاق والاشتراك بإذاعة أخبار كاذبة، وذلك بعد الدفوع التي قدمتها محاميتها مريم البحر، التي استندت إلى انعدام الأركان المادية والمعنوية للجريمة المتهمة فيها الفضالة.
البحر تعلن وإلهام ترد
وأعلنت البحر عبر حسابها على انستغرام تفاصيل الحكم من خلال فيديو نشرته عبّرت فيه عن سعادتها بالقرار القضائي، قائلة: «ونقول الحمد لله حمداً كثيراً مباركاً، أبشركم اليوم صدر حكم الاستئناف لأختي وصديقتي الفنانة إلهام الفضالة، مبروك لاستئناف البراءة، ألف مبروك».
وشاركت مريم البحر منشوراً أوضحت فيه تفاصيل الحكم، مؤكدة صدور قرار البراءة بحق إلهام من التهم المنسوبة إليها، بعد قبول الدفوع القانونية المقدمة أمام المحكمة.
من جهتها، تفاعلت الفضالة مع الحكم، وكتبت عبر إنستغرام: «الحمد لله رب العالمين»، ووجّهت رسالة شكر إلى المحامية البحر، قالت فيها: «مبروك يا أختي وصديقتي، كفيتي ووفيتي حبيبتي يا بطلة الأبطال».
شكراً قضاءنا العادل
وعبر حسابها على سناب شات شاركت إلهام منشوراً قالت فيه: «شكراً لقضائنا العادل والنزيه الحمد لله رب العالمين براءة».
وتفاعل عدد من المتابعين مع الخبر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ انهالت رسائل التهنئة على إلهام الفضالة بعد صدور الحكم، وسط إشادات بدور فريق الدفاع في القضية.
The Court of Appeal acquitted the appellant 9, chaired by Counselor Abdullah Al-San’a, the artist Ilham Al-Fadala of conspiracy and participation in broadcasting false news, following the defenses presented by her lawyer Mariam Al-Bahr, who relied on the absence of the material and moral elements of the crime with which Al-Fadala was charged.
Al-Bahr Announces and Ilham Responds
Al-Bahr announced the details of the ruling through a video she posted on Instagram, expressing her happiness with the judicial decision, saying: “We say praise be to God, abundant and blessed. I am pleased to inform you that the appeal ruling for my sister and friend, the artist Ilham Al-Fadala, has been issued. Congratulations on the acquittal, a thousand congratulations.”
Mariam Al-Bahr shared a post clarifying the details of the ruling, confirming the issuance of the acquittal decision for Ilham from the charges against her, after accepting the legal defenses presented before the court.
For her part, Al-Fadala reacted to the ruling, writing on Instagram: “Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds,” and she sent a message of thanks to lawyer Al-Bahr, saying: “Congratulations, my sister and friend, you did well, my dear, you are the champion of champions.”
Thank You, Our Just Judiciary
Through her Snapchat account, Ilham shared a post saying: “Thank you to our just and honest judiciary, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, acquitted.”
A number of followers interacted with the news on social media, as congratulatory messages poured in for Ilham Al-Fadala after the ruling, with praises for the role of the defense team in the case.
