وأوضح جلال في بيان صحفي له نشره عبر حسابه على منصة «إنستغرام» أن القرار يعكس اهتماماً حقيقياً بقضايا الفنانين، موجهاً الشكر لرئاسة مجلس الشيوخ والأمانة العامة على دعمهم للملفات المرتبطة بحقوق المبدعين، ومشيداً بالدور الذي قام به المجلس في مناقشة المقترح وإحالته إلى الحكومة لاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة.
