حالة الطقس 
أنهت نقابة المهن الموسيقية في مصر حالة الجدل التي أثيرت خلال الساعات الماضية حول إمكانية إقامة حفل الفنان المصري محمد رمضان في رأس البر، والمقرر له الخميس القادم، وذلك بعد التصريحات التي أدلى بها النقيب مصطفى كامل بشأن تجاوزات الحفل الأخير وإمكانية عدم السماح بإصدار تصاريح جديدة للفنان.
موافقة رسمية على الحفل
وقال طارق مرتضى، المتحدث باسم نقابة المهن الموسيقية، في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، إن النقابة وافقت على إصدار التصريح الخاص بحفل محمد رمضان في مدينة رأس البر، مؤكدًا أن الحفل سيقام وفق الضوابط المحددة.
ضوابط قبل الحفل
وأوضح أن الموافقة لم تكن دون شروط، إذ شددت النقابة على ضرورة التزام الفنان بالقواعد المنظمة للحفلات، ومن بينها عدم خلع ملابسه خلال تقديم فقرته الغنائية على المسرح.
تحذير للمنظمين
وأكد المتحدث باسم النقابة أن مخالفة التعليمات لن تمر دون إجراءات، مشيرًا إلى أن الجهة المنظمة للحفل قد تواجه منعها من الحصول على تصاريح لإقامة حفلات جديدة حال عدم الالتزام بالضوابط التي وضعتها النقابة.

وتأتي هذه التطورات على خلفية موقف سابق لمصطفى كامل، نقيب المهن الموسيقية، الذي أوضح أن حفلات محمد رمضان الغنائية تخضع لتصاريح النقابة، مشيرًا إلى أن استمرار منحها يرتبط بمدى التزام الفنان بالقواعد المنظمة للمهنة وما تفرضه من ضوابط.
أزمة حفل الساحل
وتعود بداية الجدل إلى حفل رمضان الأخير في الساحل الشمالي، بعدما ظهر خلال فقرته الغنائية من دون قميص، الأمر الذي أثار انتقادات واسعة، ودفع النقابة إلى التأكيد على ضرورة مراعاة الضوابط في الحفلات القادمة مع احتمالية اتخاذ إجراءات تجاه أي تجاوزات جديدة.
The Egyptian Musicians’ Syndicate has resolved the controversy that arose in recent hours regarding the possibility of holding a concert for Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan in Ras El Bar, scheduled for next Thursday, following statements made by the syndicate’s head, Mostafa Kamel, about violations during the last concert and the possibility of not allowing new permits to be issued for the artist.
Official Approval for the Concert
Tarik Mortada, the spokesperson for the Musicians’ Syndicate, stated in a special comment to “Okaz” that the syndicate has approved the issuance of the permit for Mohamed Ramadan’s concert in Ras El Bar, confirming that the concert will be held according to the specified regulations.
Regulations Before the Concert
He clarified that the approval was not without conditions, as the syndicate emphasized the necessity for the artist to adhere to the rules governing concerts, including not removing his clothes while performing on stage.
Warning for Organizers
The spokesperson for the syndicate confirmed that violating the instructions will not go unpunished, indicating that the organizing body for the concert may face a ban on obtaining permits for new concerts if they do not comply with the regulations set by the syndicate.

These developments come in light of a previous stance by Mostafa Kamel, the head of the Musicians’ Syndicate, who clarified that Mohamed Ramadan’s concerts are subject to the syndicate’s permits, noting that the continued issuance of these permits is linked to the artist’s adherence to the rules governing the profession and the regulations imposed.

The beginning of the controversy dates back to Ramadan’s last concert in the North Coast, where he appeared during his musical segment without a shirt, which sparked widespread criticism and prompted the syndicate to emphasize the need to observe regulations in upcoming concerts, with the possibility of taking action against any new violations.
