أصدرت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، اليوم (الإثنين)، نشرة الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات للربع الثاني من عام 2026 والتي أوضحت ارتفاع الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات في المملكة بنسبة 1.3% خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2025، مدفوعًا بارتفاع أسعار القطاع السكني بنسبة 2.6% والقطاع الزراعي بنسبة 11.3%، في حين سجل القطاع التجاري انخفاضًا بنسبة 3.2%.
وأوضحت الإحصاء أن القطاع السكني سجل ارتفاعًا سنويًا بنسبة 2.6% نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار الأراضي السكنية بنسبة 6.3%، والشقق بنسبة 1.1%، والأدوار السكنية بنسبة 0.4%، بينما انخفضت أسعار الفلل بنسبة 9.7%، كما انخفضت أسعار القطاع التجاري بنسبة 3.2% متأثرة بتراجع أسعار الأراضي التجارية بنسبة 3.5% والعمائر بنسبة 0.6%، مقابل ارتفاع أسعار المعارض والمحلات التجارية بنسبة 0.4%. فيما واصل القطاع الزراعي نموه السنوي بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 11.3% نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار الأراضي الزراعية بالنسبة نفسها.
وعلى أساس ربعي، أشارت الإحصاء أن الرقم القياسي لأسعار العقارات ارتفع بنسبة 3% خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026 مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام، مدفوعًا بارتفاع أسعار القطاع السكني بنسبة 3.7%، والقطاع التجاري بنسبة 1%، والقطاع الزراعي بنسبة 1.3%.
وأضافت الإحصاء أنه فيما يتعلق بالمناطق الإدارية، ارتفعت أسعار العقارات في منطقتي الرياض ومكة المكرمة بنسبة 4.2% و0.4% على التوالي، فيما سجلت منطقتا الجوف والحدود الشمالية أعلى معدلات الارتفاع بنسبة 10.4% و4.6%، وفي المقابل، سجلت منطقة حائل أعلى معدل انخفاض في الأسعار بنسبة 10.1%، تلتها القصيم بنسبة 5.4%، ثم المدينة المنورة بنسبة 4.5%، ومنطقة الباحة بنسبة 2.8%.
The General Authority for Statistics issued today (Monday) the real estate price index bulletin for the second quarter of 2026, which indicated that the real estate price index in the Kingdom rose by 1.3% during the second quarter of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, driven by an increase in residential sector prices by 2.6% and the agricultural sector by 11.3%, while the commercial sector recorded a decline of 3.2%.
The statistics clarified that the residential sector recorded an annual increase of 2.6% due to a rise in residential land prices by 6.3%, apartments by 1.1%, and residential floors by 0.4%, while villa prices decreased by 9.7%. Additionally, commercial sector prices fell by 3.2%, affected by a decline in commercial land prices by 3.5% and buildings by 0.6%, while prices for exhibitions and retail shops increased by 0.4%. Meanwhile, the agricultural sector continued its annual growth with an increase of 11.3% due to a rise in agricultural land prices by the same percentage.
On a quarterly basis, the statistics indicated that the real estate price index rose by 3% during the second quarter of 2026 compared to the first quarter of the year, driven by an increase in residential sector prices by 3.7%, commercial sector by 1%, and agricultural sector by 1.3%.
The statistics added that regarding administrative regions, real estate prices in the Riyadh and Makkah regions increased by 4.2% and 0.4% respectively, while the Al-Jouf and Northern Borders regions recorded the highest rates of increase at 10.4% and 4.6%. In contrast, the Hail region recorded the highest rate of price decline at 10.1%, followed by Qassim at 5.4%, then Medina at 4.5%, and Al-Baha region at 2.8%.
