حالة الطقس 
انتقل إلى رحمة الله تعالى، مدير عام الزراعة والمياه في منطقتي الباحة وجازان سابقاً، ساعد بن صعبان بن حسن الغامدي، وسيُصلى عليه غداً (الإثنين)، في جامع الأمير محمد بن سعود ببلجرشي.
والفقيد من مواليد قرية رحبان في جبل شدا الأسفل عام 1363هـ، حيث نشأ وتلقى تعليمه الأول بحفظ القرآن الكريم في المدرسة القرعاوية بقرية الأشراف في جبل شدا الأسفل، ثم واصل دراسته الابتدائية في مدرسة المحمدية بالرياض، والمتوسطة في مدرسة تحفيظ القرآن بالرياض، قبل أن يكمل المرحلة الثانوية في المعهد العلمي بمدينة الرياض.
وتخرج الراحل من كلية اللغة العربية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود عام 1389هـ، وبدأ مسيرته الوظيفية مبكراً بالالتحاق بديوان الخدمة المدنية، حيث تدرج في عدد من المناصب، منها مدير شؤون الموظفين، ثم نائب مدير عام التوظيف، قبل أن ينتقل إلى وزارة الزراعة والمياه.
وشغل الفقيد منصب مدير عام الزراعة والمياه في منطقة الباحة لمدة ثمانية أعوام، ثم رُقي مديراً عاماً للزراعة والمياه في منطقة جازان، كما عمل مديراً عاماً لخدمات المياه في الوزارة، قبل أن يعود إلى منطقة الباحة مديراً للزراعة والمياه في محافظة بلجرشي حتى تقاعده عام 1423هـ.
وعُرف الراحل في الأوساط الإدارية والاجتماعية بحسن الخلق، ولين الجانب، وسخاء اليد، وعفة اللسان، إلى جانب وفائه لزملائه وأصدقائه.
وخلّف 4 أبناء: أحمد، ومحمد، وعبدالله، وأمجد، إضافة إلى 4 بنات.
رحم الله الفقيد، وأسكنه فسيح جناته، وألهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان. إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.
The General Director of Agriculture and Water in the regions of Al-Baha and Jazan, Saeed bin Sabaan bin Hassan Al-Ghamdi, has passed away. He will be prayed upon tomorrow (Monday) at the Prince Mohammed bin Saud Mosque in Baljurashi.
The deceased was born in the village of Rahban in the lower Shada mountains in the year 1363 AH, where he grew up and received his initial education by memorizing the Holy Quran at the Al-Qar’awiya School in the village of Al-Ashraf in the lower Shada mountains. He then continued his primary education at Al-Muhammadiya School in Riyadh, and his intermediate education at the Quran Memorization School in Riyadh, before completing his secondary education at the Scientific Institute in the city of Riyadh.
The late man graduated from the College of Arabic Language at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in the year 1389 AH, and began his career early by joining the Civil Service Bureau, where he progressed through several positions, including Director of Employee Affairs, then Deputy General Director of Employment, before moving to the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
The deceased held the position of General Director of Agriculture and Water in the Al-Baha region for eight years, then was promoted to General Director of Agriculture and Water in the Jazan region. He also served as General Director of Water Services in the ministry, before returning to the Al-Baha region as Director of Agriculture and Water in Baljurashi until his retirement in the year 1423 AH.
The late man was known in administrative and social circles for his good character, gentleness, generosity, and eloquence, as well as his loyalty to his colleagues and friends.
He left behind four sons: Ahmed, Mohammed, Abdullah, and Amjad, in addition to four daughters.
May Allah have mercy on the deceased, grant him a spacious place in Paradise, and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace. Indeed, we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
