الرشيدي ينال الدكتوراه من جامعة أم القرى – أخبار السعودية

نال القاضي علي مبروك الرشيدي درجة الدكتوراه بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى من جامعة أم القرى، عن رسالته العلمية بعنوان:«تحبير الظواهر في تحرير الجواهر» للإمام محمد بن محمد العيزري الشافعي المتوفى سنة (808هـ)، من أول كتاب الطلاق حتى نهاية المخطوط: دراسة وتحقيقًا.

وتأتي الرسالة ضمن الدراسات المتخصصة في الفقه الإسلامي وتحقيق المخطوطات، بما يعكس جهدًا علميًا متميزًا وإسهامًا في خدمة التراث الفقهي.

Judge Ali Mabrouk Al-Rashidi obtained his doctorate with honors, graduating with first-class distinction from Umm Al-Qura University, for his thesis titled: “The Elaboration of Phenomena in the Liberation of Jewels” by Imam Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Ayzari Al-Shafi’i, who passed away in the year (808 AH), from the beginning of the Book of Divorce until the end of the manuscript: a study and verification.

The thesis is part of specialized studies in Islamic jurisprudence and the verification of manuscripts, reflecting a distinguished scholarly effort and a contribution to the service of the jurisprudential heritage.
