تراجعت معظم أسواق الأسهم الرئيسية في منطقة الخليج، اليوم، مع تلاشي الآمال في التوصل إلى اتفاق لإنهاء الحرب الأمريكية على إيران، وسط خلافات حادة بين طهران وواشنطن حول مقترح للسلام.
ونزل مؤشر دبي 0.6%، بعد أن خسر بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني 2.7%، وسهم إعمار العقارية 2.1%.
وهبط أيضاً مؤشر أبوظبي 0.9% متأثراً بانخفاض سهم أدنوك للغاز 3% نتيجة لتراجع أرباح الشركة في الربع الأول.
وتراجع المؤشر السعودي 1.1% بعد أن انخفض سهم مصرف الراجحي 1.6% ونزل سهم أكوا باور 8.9%. غير أن سهم أرامكو السعودية ارتفع 0.6%. وانخفض المؤشر القطري 1% عند الإغلاق. وارتفع مؤشر البحرين 0.2% إلى 1933 نقطة. وخارج منطقة الخليج، أغلق مؤشر الأسهم القيادية المصري منخفضاً.
خلافات على مطالب
وقال الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أمس: «إن وقف إطلاق النار مع إيران على وشك الانهيار». وأشار إلى خلافات حول مطالب عدة، منها وقف الأعمال القتالية على جميع الجبهات، ورفع الحصار البحري الأمريكي، واستئناف صادرات النفط الإيرانية، والتعويض عن أضرار الحرب.
ولا يزال مضيق هرمز الذي يمر عبره نحو 20% من إمدادات النفط والغاز الطبيعي المسال العالمية مغلقاً.
Most major stock markets in the Gulf region declined today, as hopes for a deal to end the U.S. war on Iran faded, amid sharp disagreements between Tehran and Washington over a peace proposal.
The Dubai index fell by 0.6%, after Emirates NBD Bank lost 2.7%, and Emaar Properties shares dropped by 2.1%.
The Abu Dhabi index also decreased by 0.9%, affected by a 3% drop in ADNOC Gas shares due to the company’s declining profits in the first quarter.
The Saudi index fell by 1.1% after Al Rajhi Bank shares dropped by 1.6% and ACWA Power shares fell by 8.9%. However, Saudi Aramco shares rose by 0.6%. The Qatari index decreased by 1% at closing. The Bahrain index rose by 0.2% to 1933 points. Outside the Gulf region, the Egyptian leading stock index closed lower.
Disagreements over Demands
U.S. President Donald Trump said yesterday: “The ceasefire with Iran is about to collapse.” He pointed to disagreements over several demands, including a ceasefire on all fronts, lifting the U.S. maritime blockade, resuming Iranian oil exports, and compensation for war damages.
The Strait of Hormuz, through which about 20% of global oil and liquefied natural gas supplies pass, remains closed.
