تراجعت أسعار النفط عند تسوية تعاملاتها أمس (الخميس)، مع انشغال الأسواق بتقييم آفاق الإمدادات من منطقة الشرق الأوسط، فيما ظلت الأسعار أعلى من مستوى 100 دولار للبرميل، في ظل استمرار المخاوف من اتساع نطاق الصراع وتأثيره في تدفقات الطاقة.
وقال كبير استراتيجيي الأسواق لدى منصة التداول «إكسنس» كريستوفر طاهر في تصريحات لوكالات إعلامية غربية: «إن سوق النفط الفعلية لا تزال تواجه شحاً في الإمدادات، ما يحد من احتمالات انخفاض الأسعار بصورة أكبر، بالتزامن مع استمرار تراجع حركة ناقلات النفط عبر مضيق هرمز».
وفي الوقت نفسه، بدأت ضغوط إضافية تظهر في سوق الديزل، مع تأثير الاضطرابات التي طالت البنية التحتية للطاقة في الشرق الأوسط وروسيا على إمدادات الوقود.
وأغلقت العقود الآجلة لـزيت الغاز الأوروبي، وهو أحد المؤشرات المرجعية لأسعار الديزل، عند مستوى قياسي (الثلاثاء) الماضي، كما سجلت العقود الآجلة للديزل الأمريكي منخفض الكبريت للغاية مستوى قياسياً.
وفي روسيا، تسببت طائرة مسيرة أوكرانية في أضرار بمصفاة تكرير في مدينة ياروسلافل، ما أدى إلى اندلاع حريق جرى احتواؤه والسيطرة عليه لاحقاً.
Oil prices fell at the close of trading yesterday (Thursday), as markets focused on assessing supply prospects from the Middle East, while prices remained above the $100 per barrel mark, amid ongoing concerns about the widening conflict and its impact on energy flows.
Christopher Taher, the chief market strategist at the trading platform “Exness,” stated in remarks to Western media: “The physical oil market is still facing a supply shortage, which limits the likelihood of prices dropping further, coinciding with the continued decline in oil tanker movements through the Strait of Hormuz.”
At the same time, additional pressures began to emerge in the diesel market, with the disruptions affecting energy infrastructure in the Middle East and Russia impacting fuel supplies.
European gas oil futures, a key benchmark for diesel prices, closed at a record level last Tuesday, while U.S. ultra-low sulfur diesel futures also reached a record high.
In Russia, a Ukrainian drone caused damage to a refinery in the city of Yaroslavl, leading to a fire that was later contained and controlled.
