دعت هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (زاتكا) المنشآت الخاضعة لضريبة الاستقطاع في المملكة إلى تقديم نماذج استقطاع الضريبة عن شهر يوليو 2026، وذلك في موعد أقصاه 10 أغسطس 2026.
وحثّت «زاتكا» المنشآت على المسارعة بتقديم نماذج استقطاع الضريبة عبر موقعها الإلكتروني: zatca.gov.sa؛ تجنباً لغرامة التأخر عن السداد في المدة المحددة، البالغة 1% من الضريبة غير المسددة عن كل 30 يوم تأخير من تاريخ الاستحقاق.

ودعت «زاتكا» المكلفين من قطاع الأعمال الراغبين في الحصول على مزيد من المعلومات بشأن ضريبة الاستقطاع إلى التواصل معها عبر الرقم الموحد لمركز الاتصال (19993)، الذي يعمل على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع، أو عبر حساب «اسأل الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك» على منصة (إكس) (@Zatca_Care)، أو البريد الإلكتروني: info@zatca.gov.sa، أو من خلال المحادثات الفورية عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للهيئة.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن ضريبة الاستقطاع تُفرض على جميع المبالغ المدفوعة من مصدر في المملكة إلى الجهات غير المقيمة التي ليس لديها منشأة دائمة في المملكة، وذلك وفقاً للأسعار المحددة في المادة الـ68 من نظام ضريبة الدخل، والمادة الـ63 من لائحته التنفيذية.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has called on establishments subject to withholding tax in the Kingdom to submit their withholding tax forms for July 2026, no later than August 10, 2026.
ZATCA urged establishments to promptly submit their withholding tax forms through its website: zatca.gov.sa; to avoid a late payment penalty of 1% of the unpaid tax for every 30 days of delay from the due date.

ZATCA invited business sector taxpayers wishing to obtain more information regarding withholding tax to contact them via the unified call center number (19993), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or through the “Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs” account on the (X) platform (@Zatca_Care), or via email: info@zatca.gov.sa, or through live chat on the authority’s website.
The authority clarified that withholding tax is imposed on all amounts paid from a source in the Kingdom to non-resident entities that do not have a permanent establishment in the Kingdom, according to the rates specified in Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its executive regulations.
