وقعت وزارة المالية، اليوم، بياناً مشتركاً مع «بي بي آي فرانس لضمان الصادرات» لتوفير خط ائتماني مخصص. وقع البيان الرئيس التنفيذي للمركز الوطني لإدارة الدين هاني المديني نيابة عن وزارة المالية، فيما وقعه من الجانب الفرنسي الرئيس التنفيذي لـ بي بي آي فرانس لضمان الصادرات دينيس لو فير.
تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي
ويهدف البيان المشترك إلى تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري والاستثماري بين البلدين، من خلال العمل المشترك على استكمال الترتيبات التشغيلية لخط ائتماني بقيمة أولية تصل إلى 5 مليارات دولار أمريكي، بما يضمن تنفيذه على نحو سريع ومتسق مع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع ذات الصلة، إلى جانب مواصلة الحوار المنتظم والمنظم لضمان تنفيذه بسلاسة وكفاءة وبصورة منسقة بين الجانبين.
تمويل العقود القائمة
وسيُستخدم الخط الائتماني لتمويل وإعادة تمويل العقود القائمة والمستقبلية التي تنفذها الشركات الفرنسية، بما يسهم في دعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، مع التركيز بوجه خاص على قطاعات البنية التحتية، والتنمية العمرانية، والنقل، والرعاية الصحية. ويأتي هذا البيان المشترك في إطار «خريطة الطريق للعقد القادم» التي وقعتها المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية الفرنسية في ديسمبر 2024م، والتي تعكس اتساع مجالات التعاون بين البلدين، والطموحات المشتركة بين رؤية السعودية 2030 وخطة فرنسا 2030.
The Ministry of Finance signed a joint statement today with “BPI France Assurance Export” to provide a dedicated credit line. The statement was signed by Hani Al-Mudaini, the CEO of the National Debt Management Center, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, while it was signed from the French side by Denis Le Vair, the CEO of BPI France Assurance Export.
Enhancing Economic Cooperation
The joint statement aims to enhance economic, commercial, and investment cooperation between the two countries by working together to complete the operational arrangements for a credit line with an initial value of up to 5 billion US dollars, ensuring its implementation in a timely and consistent manner with the schedules of related projects, alongside continuing regular and organized dialogue to ensure its smooth and efficient execution in a coordinated manner between the two sides.
Financing Existing Contracts
The credit line will be used to finance and refinance existing and future contracts executed by French companies, contributing to supporting the targets of Saudi Vision 2030, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, urban development, transportation, and healthcare sectors. This joint statement comes within the framework of the “Roadmap for the Next Decade” signed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic in December 2024, reflecting the broadening areas of cooperation between the two countries and the shared ambitions between Saudi Vision 2030 and France’s 2030 plan.
