وقّعت تكامل القابضة اتفاقية تعاون مع الهيئة العامة للقوى العاملة في دولة الكويت، بهدف تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في المجالات المرتبطة بسوق العمل والقوى العاملة، بما يسهم في تطوير الخدمات ورفع كفاءتها، بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية الكويتية.
وتأتي الاتفاقية في إطار جهود تطوير منظومة سوق العمل الكويتي ومواكبة تطور احتياجاته، وتعزيز الاستفادة من الخبرات والتجارب والممارسات في تطوير خدمات سوق العمل والتحول الرقمي، بما يدعم الارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للعمالة وأصحاب العمل، ويفتح آفاقًا أوسع لتبادل المعرفة والخبرات بين الجانبين.
وأكد الرئيس التنفيذي لتكامل القابضة الدكتور أحمد اليماني أن الشراكة تأتي ضمن مسار تقوده الهيئة لتطوير سوق العمل الكويتي بما يواكب نمو الاقتصاد وتغير احتياجاته، موضحًا أن التعاون في مجالات المهن والمهارات والبيانات والخدمات الرقمية يسهم في مواءمة رأس المال البشري مع احتياجات سوق العمل، وتحسين تجربة العامل وصاحب العمل، ودعم الإنتاجية.
وأضاف أن الشراكة تتيح للطرفين تبادل المعرفة والاستفادة من التجارب المختلفة، والعمل معًا على تطوير مجالات التعاون بما يتناسب مع احتياجات السوق الكويتية، مؤكدًا أهمية توظيف الخبرات والقدرات في تطوير خدمات سوق العمل ورفع كفاءتها.
من جانبها أكدت مدير عام الهيئة العامة للقوى العاملة المهندسة رباب عبدالله العصيمي أن الاتفاقية تأتي انطلاقًا من حرص الهيئة على تعزيز الشراكات مع الجهات والخبرات المتخصصة، والاستفادة من التجارب والممارسات الناجحة في تطوير خدمات سوق العمل والتحول الرقمي، مشيرةً إلى أن التعاون يعكس عمق العلاقات الأخوية بين دولة الكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية، وحرص الجانبين على تبادل الخبرات والمعرفة بما يدعم تطوير منظومة سوق العمل والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للعمالة وأصحاب العمل.
وتستند تكامل في هذا التعاون إلى خبرتها في تطوير وتشغيل وإدارة جميع الخدمات المرتبطة في سوق العمل السعودية، كما تمتد خدماتها في هذا المجال إلى أكثر من 160 دولة عبر شبكة تضم أكثر من200 مركز لفحص مهارات العمالة قبل دخولها لأسواق العمل.

Takamul Holding signed a cooperation agreement with the Public Authority for Manpower in the State of Kuwait, aiming to enhance collaboration and exchange expertise in areas related to the labor market and workforce, which contributes to the development of services and improving their efficiency, in cooperation with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior.
The agreement comes as part of efforts to develop the Kuwaiti labor market system and keep pace with its evolving needs, and to enhance the utilization of experiences, trials, and practices in developing labor market services and digital transformation, which supports the elevation of the level of services provided to workers and employers, and opens wider horizons for knowledge and experience exchange between the two parties.
The CEO of Takamul Holding, Dr. Ahmed Al-Yamani, confirmed that the partnership is part of a path led by the authority to develop the Kuwaiti labor market in line with economic growth and changing needs, explaining that cooperation in the fields of professions, skills, data, and digital services contributes to aligning human capital with labor market needs, improving the experience of both workers and employers, and supporting productivity.
He added that the partnership allows both parties to exchange knowledge and benefit from various experiences, and to work together to develop areas of cooperation that suit the needs of the Kuwaiti market, emphasizing the importance of employing expertise and capabilities in developing labor market services and enhancing their efficiency.
For her part, the General Director of the Public Authority for Manpower, Engineer Rabab Abdullah Al-Asimi, confirmed that the agreement comes from the authority’s keenness to enhance partnerships with specialized entities and expertise, and to benefit from successful experiences and practices in developing labor market services and digital transformation, noting that the cooperation reflects the depth of fraternal relations between the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the commitment of both sides to exchange expertise and knowledge to support the development of the labor market system and elevate the level of services provided to workers and employers.
