تحولت واحدة من أشهر قصص الحب في الوسط الفني، التي استمرت لأكثر من 14 عاماً، إلى حرب تصريحات وساحات محاكم تصدرت «التريند» ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الساعات الماضية.
صدمة الـ 9 دعاوى قضائية
فجّرت مصممة الأزياء آن الرفاعي مفاجأة مدوية بعد نحو 8 أشهر فقط من الانفصال، حيث تحركت رسمياً وقامت برفع 9 دعاوى قضائية دفعة واحدة ضد طليقها الفنان المصري كريم محمود عبد العزيز.
وبحسب التقارير المتداولة، فإن الدعاوى لم تترك تفصيلاً إلا وشملته، حيث طالبت بـ:
- مؤخر الصداق، ونفقة المتعة، ونفقة العدة.
- نفقات أطفالهما الثلاثة (المأكل، المشرب، الملبس، والتعليم).
- الاستقلال بمسكن الزوجية والحصول على الحضانة الكاملة.
وأكدت طليقة الفنان في أوراق الدعوى أن كل محاولات الحل الودي بينهما خلال الأسابيع الماضية وصلت إلى طريق مسدود، مشيرة إلى أنه «لا يلتزم بالإنفاق الكافي على بناته»، ما دفعها للجوء إلى القضاء لانتزاع حقوقها.
وتكمن المفاجأة التي أعادت القضية إلى الواجهة وأشعلت غضب المتابعين في إعادة تداول الطريقة الصادمة التي انتهى بها هذا الزواج الذي بدأ عام 2011، فالفنان أعلن انفصاله العام الماضي عبر خاصية «الستوري» على حسابه الشخصي في إنستغرام، لتكشف زوجته السابقة وقتها أنها لم تكن تعلم بالأمر، وعلمت بطلاقها مثلها مثل أي متابع على الإنترنت!
وكتبت آن الرفاعي حينها رسالة حزينة ومؤثرة: «تم إبلاغي بالطلاق من خلال ستوري إنستغرام بعد 14 سنة زواج، دون ورقة طلاق أو إخطار من مأذون.. شكراً على التقدير والاحترام».
وحتى الآن، يلتزم الفنان كريم محمود عبد العزيز الصمت التام تجاه هذه الاتهامات والدعاوى القضائية، بينما يترقب الجمهور ما ستسفر عنه الجلسات القادمة في ساحات المحاكم.

The Shock of the 9 Lawsuits
Fashion designer Ann Al-Rifai made a shocking announcement just about 8 months after the separation, as she officially moved forward and filed 9 lawsuits all at once against her ex-husband, the Egyptian artist Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz.
According to circulating reports, the lawsuits left no detail untouched, as she demanded:
- The deferred dowry, alimony for enjoyment, and alimony for the waiting period.
- Expenses for their three children (food, drink, clothing, and education).
- Independence in the marital home and obtaining full custody.
The artist’s ex-wife confirmed in the lawsuit documents that all attempts at an amicable resolution between them in recent weeks have reached a dead end, indicating that he “does not provide sufficient financial support for their daughters,” which led her to resort to the courts to secure her rights.
The surprise that brought the case back into the spotlight and ignited the anger of followers lies in the shocking way this marriage, which began in 2011, ended. The artist announced his separation last year through the “story” feature on his personal Instagram account, revealing that his ex-wife at the time was unaware of the matter and learned of her divorce just like any follower on the internet!
Ann Al-Rifai wrote a sad and touching message at that time: “I was informed of the divorce through an Instagram story after 14 years of marriage, without a divorce paper or notification from a marriage official… Thank you for the appreciation and respect.”
