فوضى عارمة، واتهامات بالتحرش اللفظي، وقرار إيقاف عن العمل نزل كالصاعقة! هذا ما شهدته كواليس نقابة المهن الموسيقية بالقاهرة في واقعة حبست أنفاس الوسط الفني، عقب تفجر أزمة ساخنة كانت بطلتها الفنانة الشعبية سلمى عادل وطبال فرقتها السابق.
بدأت الشرارة حين خرجت سلمى عادل في فيديو صادم اجتاح منصات التواصل الاجتماعي كالنار في الهشيم، أعلنت فيه تعرضها للسب والتحرش اللفظي داخل أروقة النقابة بمنطقة وسط البلد. وأكدت المطربة أنها دخلت المبنى لحضور جلسة تحقيق بشأن شكوى كيدية قدمها طبالها السابق محمد يسري، لكنها تفاجأت (وفق روايتها) بوقوع الاعتداء عليها عقب التحقيق مباشرة، مما دفعها لطلب شرطة النجدة فوراً لحمايتها، لتتفاجأ بعدها بصدور قرار سريع بإيقافها عن العمل!

وفي المقابل، لم تقف النقابة صامتة أمام هذه الزوبعة؛ إذ خرج مصدر مسؤول في تصريحات صحفية ليفك طلاسم الأزمة ويقلب الطاولة. ونفى المصدر جملة وتفصيلاً وقوع أي اعتداء أو تحرش من قبل مسؤولي النقابة أو العاملين فيها على المطربة، مؤكداً أن ما حدث كان مشادة كلامية وصراعاً ثنائياً بين سلمى وعازف الإيقاع الذي كان يعمل معها. وأوضح أن النقابة استدعتهما فقط للتحقيق في الشكاوى المتبادلة بينهما، وأن قرار إيقافها جاء في إطار الإجراءات المتبعة لتنظيم العمل، مشدداً على أن النقابة ليست طرفاً في هذا النزاع الشخصي.

The spark ignited when Salma Adel appeared in a shocking video that swept through social media like wildfire, announcing that she had been subjected to insults and verbal harassment within the walls of the syndicate in downtown Cairo. The singer confirmed that she entered the building to attend an investigation session regarding a malicious complaint filed by her former drummer, Mohamed Yousry, but was taken aback (according to her account) by the assault that occurred immediately after the investigation, prompting her to call the police for protection, only to be surprised by a swift decision to suspend her from work!
The singer revealed that the WhatsApp conversations of the band proved her innocence and refuted the claims of the musician who left the job of his own accord, noting that she initially agreed to an amicable settlement, but the verbal abuses she faced forced her to refrain and resort to the police to file an official report against the musician, expressing her regret over the suspension decision, especially since she has been working with official permits since she was thirteen years old.
