تزامناً مع احتفالات المملكة باليوم الوطني السعودي الـ96، تنطلق مسابقة شعرية بجوائز مالية تتجاوز قيمتها 200 ألف ريال، تستهدف تحفيز المواهب الشعرية وإثراء المشهد الأدبي، وفتح مساحة للمبدعين للتعبير عن مشاعر الانتماء والاعتزاز بالوطن من خلال القصيدة.
وأعلن «مقهى حرف» إطلاق مبادرته الشعرية «حرف»، التي تستقبل مشاركات الشعراء والشاعرات وتصويت الجمهور حتى منتصف ليل 23 سبتمبر، على أن تُعلن أسماء الفائزين وتُوزع الجوائز في 24 سبتمبر.
100 ألف لصاحب المركز الأول
وبحسب منظمي المسابقة، يحصل الفائز بالمركز الأول على 100 ألف ريال، فيما ينال صاحب المركز الثاني 50 ألف ريال، والثالث 25 ألف ريال، إضافة إلى تخصيص 25 ألف ريال جوائز للجمهور والمشاركين في التصويت.
وتعتمد نتائج المسابقة على تصويت الجمهور، إذ يُتاح لكل شخص التصويت مرة واحدة للقصائد المشاركة عبر موقع «حرف» وتطبيقه المعتمد.
الوايلي: مناسبة عزيزة ومساحة مفتوحة للإبداع
من جانبه، أكد مدير المشروع الشاعر الإعلامي فهد الوايلي، أن إطلاق المسابقة بالتزامن مع اليوم الوطني السعودي الـ96 يأتي احتفاءً بمناسبة عزيزة على قلوب السعوديين، وما تجسده من معاني الأمن والاستقرار والرخاء في ظل قيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز.
وقال الوايلي إن المسابقة رصدت جوائز مالية تتجاوز 200 ألف ريال للشعراء الفائزين، إضافة إلى مبالغ مالية تُوزع على الجمهور المشارك والمتفاعل مع قصائد الشعراء، بهدف توسيع دائرة المشاركة وتحفيز التفاعل مع النصوص الوطنية.
قصيدة واحدة.. والمشاركة للجميع
وأوضح الوايلي أن مساحة «حرف» مفتوحة أمام الشعراء والشاعرات من مختلف البلدان، على أن يشارك كل متسابق بقصيدة واحدة فقط، فيما تُستبعد المشاركات المخالفة للشروط.
وأضاف أن آلية المشاركة تبدأ بتحميل التطبيق والتسجيل فيه، ثم اتباع الشروط المحددة ورفع القصيدة للمشاركة في المسابقة.
«أقل ما نقدمه لوطننا»
واختتم الوايلي حديثه بالتأكيد على أن المسابقة تسعى إلى تشجيع الشعراء والشاعرات ودعم حضورهم الإبداعي، وتحفيزهم على طرق أحد أبرز أبواب الأدب من خلال القصيدة الوطنية، قائلاً: «هذا أقل ما يمكن أن نقدمه، بالشراكة مع الشعراء، لوطننا الغالي».
Coinciding with the Kingdom’s celebrations of the 96th Saudi National Day, a poetry competition with cash prizes exceeding 200,000 riyals is launched, aiming to stimulate poetic talents, enrich the literary scene, and open a space for creators to express feelings of belonging and pride in the homeland through poetry.
“Harf Café” announced the launch of its poetry initiative “Harf,” which welcomes submissions from poets and poetesses and public voting until midnight on September 23, with the winners’ names announced and prizes distributed on September 24.
100,000 for the first place winner
According to the competition organizers, the first-place winner will receive 100,000 riyals, while the second place will earn 50,000 riyals, and the third will receive 25,000 riyals, in addition to allocating 25,000 riyals in prizes for the audience and participants in the voting.
The results of the competition depend on public voting, as each person is allowed to vote once for the participating poems through the “Harf” website and its approved application.
Al-Harbi: The poem documents feelings for the homeland
The general supervisor of the competition, Ali Al-Harbi, explained that the initiative aims to support poetic talents, enrich literary movement, and provide a space for creators to express their feelings towards the homeland through poetry.
He emphasized that poetry has always been present in documenting national occasions and embodying the values of belonging and pride in Saudi identity and culture, noting that the diversity of cultural initiatives contributes to discovering talents and expanding the circle of community participation in literary activities.
Al-Harbi pointed out the development witnessed in the cultural sector in the Kingdom, under the efforts of the Ministry of Culture and its specialized bodies in supporting various fields of creativity and empowering talents.
Al-Waili: A cherished occasion and an open space for creativity
For his part, project manager and media poet Fahd Al-Waili confirmed that launching the competition coinciding with the 96th Saudi National Day comes in celebration of a cherished occasion for the hearts of Saudis, reflecting the meanings of security, stability, and prosperity under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
Al-Waili stated that the competition has allocated cash prizes exceeding 200,000 riyals for the winning poets, in addition to cash amounts distributed to the participating audience who engage with the poets’ verses, aiming to expand the circle of participation and stimulate interaction with national texts.
One poem… and participation is open to all
Al-Waili clarified that the “Harf” space is open to poets and poetesses from various countries, with each contestant allowed to submit only one poem, while submissions that do not comply with the conditions will be excluded.
He added that the participation mechanism begins with downloading the application and registering in it, then following the specified conditions and uploading the poem to participate in the competition.
“The least we can offer to our homeland”
Al-Waili concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the competition aims to encourage poets and poetesses and support their creative presence, motivating them to explore one of the most prominent doors of literature through national poetry, saying: “This is the least we can offer, in partnership with the poets, to our dear homeland.”
