أثارت النجمة الكندية سيلين ديون تفاعلًا واسعًا بعد حديث خاطف جمعها بصحافية لبنانية في باريس، تطرّق إلى لبنان والمطبخ الشرقي والفنانة فيروز، في لحظة عفوية خطفت اهتمام الجمهور عبر منصات التواصل.
وخلال اللقاء السريع، عبّرت ديون عن محبتها للبنان، قبل أن تسألها الصحافية عمّا إذا كانت تعرف فيروز، لتجيب بأنها لم تستمع إليها من قبل، ثم أبدت رغبة في التعرف على أعمالها قائلة: «هل يجب أن أستمع إليها؟». وردّت الصحافية مؤكدة أن صوت فيروز «الأجمل بعد صوتك»، ما أثار ابتسامة النجمة الكندية.
لكن المفاجأة جاءت حين تحدّثت ديون بحماس عن المطبخ اللبناني، قائلة إنها ترغب في تناول (بابا غنوج)، ما فتح بابًا واسعًا للتعليقات الطريفة والإعجاب عبر مواقع التواصل.
وتستعد ديون لعودتها الفنية الكبرى عبر سلسلة حفلات ضخمة في صالة (باريس لا ديفينس أرينا)، حيث بدأت جولتها هذا الخريف بعشرة عروض متتالية، قبل أن تُمدَّد إلى 16 حفلة إضافية حتى مايو 2027 نتيجة الإقبال الجماهيري اللافت، في أول ظهور فني موسّع لها منذ فترة العلاج.

During the quick meeting, Dion expressed her love for Lebanon, before the journalist asked her if she knew Fairouz, to which she replied that she had never listened to her before, then expressed a desire to get to know her works, saying: “Should I listen to her?”. The journalist responded, confirming that Fairouz’s voice is “the most beautiful after yours,” which brought a smile to the Canadian star’s face.
But the surprise came when Dion spoke enthusiastically about Lebanese cuisine, saying she wanted to try (Baba Ghanoush), which opened the door wide for funny comments and admiration across social media.
Dion is preparing for her grand artistic return through a series of massive concerts at the (Paris La Défense Arena), where she began her tour this fall with ten consecutive shows, before it was extended to 16 additional concerts until May 2027 due to the remarkable public turnout, marking her first extensive artistic appearance since her treatment period.
