في خطوة تنظيمية جديدة، أعلنت نقابة الصحفيين المصرية، ممثلة في شعبة المصورين الصحفيين، إطلاق استمارة تسجيل لتغطية جنازة وعزاء الفنان المصري الراحل هاني شاكر، وذلك في أول تطبيق رسمي لبروتوكول التعاون مع إحدى الشركات المتخصصة في تنظيم مراسم الجنازات.
بروتوكول للتنظيم
ويأتي هذا البروتوكول، بالتعاون مع نقابة المهن التمثيلية؛ بهدف وضع قواعد واضحة لتنظيم تغطية جنازات الفنانين والمشاهير، بما يضمن حقوق الصحفيين والمصورين في أداء عملهم، ويمنع حدوث أي فوضى أو تجاوزات خلال التغطية.
ومن جانبه، أكد مجدي إبراهيم، رئيس شعبة المصورين الصحفيين، أن استمارة التسجيل تمثّل خطوة عملية لاحترام خصوصية اللحظات الإنسانية، والالتزام بالمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية، مع إتاحة تغطية منظمة وميسرة للحدث.
منع المنتحلين
وشدّد على أن البروتوكول يستهدف قصر التغطية على المصورين المحترفين المعتمدين، ومنع منتحلي الصفة أو غير المختصين، خصوصاً من بعض صفحات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، من التسبب في أزمات كما حدث في مناسبات سابقة.
عقوبات للمخالفين
وأشار إلى الاتفاق على مجموعة من القواعد المنظمة، تشمل تخصيص أماكن محددة للتغطية، وارتداء زي مخصص، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات للصحفيين والمصورين المعتمدين، مؤكداً أن مخالفة هذه الضوابط قد تعرض صاحبها للتحقيق النقابي أو للمساءلة القانونية من قبل أسرة الراحل.
الانتهاء من الاجراءات
كما تواصل السلطات المعنية في باريس استكمال الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية الخاصة بنقل جثمان الفنان الراحل من مستشفى فوش، تمهيداً لإعادته إلى القاهرة.
ومن المقرر أن يصل جثمان الراحل هاني شاكر مساء غد الثلاثاء على متن رحلة تابعة لشركة مصر للطيران، عقب الانتهاء من كافة الترتيبات اللازمة، على أن تقام الجنازة يوم الأربعاء المقبل.
In a new organizational step, the Egyptian Journalists’ Syndicate, represented by the Journalists’ Photographers Division, announced the launch of a registration form to cover the funeral and condolences of the late Egyptian artist Hani Shaker, marking the first official application of the cooperation protocol with a specialized company in organizing funeral ceremonies.
Protocol for Organization
This protocol comes in collaboration with the Syndicate of Artistic Professions, aiming to establish clear rules for organizing the coverage of funerals for artists and celebrities, ensuring the rights of journalists and photographers in performing their work, and preventing any chaos or violations during the coverage.
For his part, Magdy Ibrahim, head of the Journalists’ Photographers Division, confirmed that the registration form represents a practical step to respect the privacy of human moments and adhere to professional and ethical standards, while allowing for organized and facilitated coverage of the event.
Preventing Impersonators
He emphasized that the protocol aims to limit coverage to accredited professional photographers and prevent impersonators or non-specialists, especially from certain social media pages, from causing crises as happened in previous occasions.
Penalties for Violators
He pointed out the agreement on a set of organizing rules, including designating specific areas for coverage, wearing a designated uniform, and creating a database for accredited journalists and photographers, stressing that violating these regulations may subject the violator to union investigation or legal accountability from the family of the deceased.
Completion of Procedures
The relevant authorities in Paris are also continuing to complete the legal and administrative procedures for transferring the body of the late artist from Foch Hospital, in preparation for returning it to Cairo.
The body of the late Hani Shaker is scheduled to arrive tomorrow evening, Tuesday, on an EgyptAir flight, after all necessary arrangements are completed, with the funeral to be held next Wednesday.
