تجددت إحدى حلقات النزاع القضائي بين الفنانة زينة والفنان أحمد عز، بعدما قررت محكمة أسرة مدينة نصر، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، تأجيل نظر الدعوى المقامة من زينة للمطالبة بحبس أحمد عز، على خلفية عدم سداد مبلغ 180 ألف جنيه قيمة متجمد نفقة أجر خادمة، إلى جلسة 27 أكتوبر القادم.
وتطالب الدعوى بإلزام أحمد عز بتنفيذ حكم نهائي يقضي بسداد المبلغ عن أجر خادمة لمدة 10 أشهر، لصالح توأم الفنانة زينة.
دعوى جديدة بعد سداد 570 ألف جنيه
وكانت محكمة الأسرة قد قضت في وقت سابق بانقضاء دعوى حبس أخرى أقامتها زينة ضد أحمد عز، بعد سداده مبلغ 570 ألف جنيه، قيمة متجمد نفقة أجر خادمة.
ويأتي النزاع الحالي في إطار سلسلة من القضايا المتعلقة بالنفقات والمصروفات الخاصة بتوأم الطرفين، والتي استمرت لسنوات أمام محاكم الأسرة.
تخفيض النفقة الشهرية من 80 إلى 60 ألف جنيه
وفي سياق متصل، سبق لمحكمة مستأنف الأسرة أن أصدرت حكمًا بإلزام أحمد عز بسداد نفقة شهرية لتوأم زينة، بعدما خفضت قيمة النفقة التي حددتها محكمة أول درجة من 80 ألف جنيه إلى 60 ألف جنيه شهريًا.
وكان حكم أول درجة قد استند، بحسب ما ورد في الدعوى، إلى ما قُدم من مستندات بشأن دخل أحمد عز وأجره عن مشاركته في عدد من الأعمال الفنية، من بينها فيلم «ولاد رزق».
كما سبق أن أقامت زينة دعوى جديدة أرفقت بها مستندات تتعلق بأجور حصل عليها أحمد عز عن مشاركته في أعمال فنية، من بينها فيلم «الممر» ومسلسل «أبو عمر المصري»، في إطار مطالباتها المتعلقة بالنفقات.
بداية النزاع تعود إلى 2014
وتعود جذور النزاع القضائي بين زينة وأحمد عز إلى عام 2014، عندما لجأت الفنانة إلى القضاء لإثبات نسب طفليها التوأم «عز الدين» و«زين الدين».
وانتهت القضية بحكم قضائي نهائي بثبوت نسب الطفلين إلى أحمد عز، قبل أن تحصل زينة في عام 2017 على حكم بالخلع.
ورغم انتهاء تلك القضايا، استمرت المنازعات أمام محاكم الأسرة بشأن النفقة والمصروفات الخاصة بالتوأم، وفي عام 2023، ألزمت محكمة الأسرة أحمد عز بسداد 23 ألفًا و306 جنيهات إسترلينية قيمة المصروفات الدراسية للتوأم عن العام الدراسي 2022 / 2023.
ومن المقرر أن تنظر محكمة أسرة مدينة نصر الدعوى الحالية مجددًا في 27 أكتوبر القادم، للبت في المطالبة المتعلقة بمبلغ 180 ألف جنيه.
The legal dispute between actress Zina and actor Ahmed Ezz has renewed, after the Family Court in Nasr City decided today (Tuesday) to postpone the hearing of the lawsuit filed by Zina demanding the imprisonment of Ahmed Ezz for failing to pay an amount of 180,000 Egyptian pounds, which is the overdue amount for the salary of a maid, to the session on October 27.
The lawsuit demands that Ahmed Ezz be obligated to execute a final ruling requiring him to pay the amount for the maid’s salary for a period of 10 months, in favor of Zina’s twins.
New lawsuit after paying 570,000 pounds
The Family Court had previously ruled to dismiss another imprisonment lawsuit filed by Zina against Ahmed Ezz, after he paid an amount of 570,000 Egyptian pounds, which is the overdue amount for the maid’s salary.
The current dispute comes as part of a series of cases related to the expenses and costs for the twins of both parties, which have continued for years before the Family Courts.
Reduction of monthly alimony from 80,000 to 60,000 pounds
In a related context, the Family Appeals Court had previously issued a ruling obligating Ahmed Ezz to pay monthly alimony for Zina’s twins, after reducing the alimony amount set by the first-degree court from 80,000 pounds to 60,000 pounds per month.
The first-degree ruling was based, according to what was presented in the lawsuit, on documents regarding Ahmed Ezz’s income and his earnings from participating in several artistic works, including the film “Welad Rizk”.
Zina had also previously filed a new lawsuit in which she attached documents related to the earnings Ahmed Ezz received for his participation in artistic works, including the film “Al-Mamar” and the series “Abu Omar Al-Masri”, as part of her claims related to expenses.
The beginning of the dispute dates back to 2014
The roots of the legal dispute between Zina and Ahmed Ezz date back to 2014, when the actress resorted to the judiciary to establish the paternity of her twin children “Ezz El-Din” and “Zain El-Din”.
The case ended with a final judicial ruling confirming the paternity of the two children to Ahmed Ezz, before Zina obtained a ruling for divorce in 2017.
Despite the conclusion of those cases, disputes continued before the Family Courts regarding alimony and expenses for the twins, and in 2023, the Family Court obligated Ahmed Ezz to pay 23,306 pounds for the twins’ school expenses for the academic year 2022/2023.
The Family Court in Nasr City is scheduled to review the current lawsuit again on October 27 to decide on the claim related to the amount of 180,000 pounds.
