فيما تناقلت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أخيراً فيديو تحدثت خلاله الفنانة سماح أنور عن احتجازها داخل إحدى وحدات المرور أثناء إتمام إجراءات ترخيص سيارتها دون وجه حق.. أكدت وزارة الداخلية المصرية بأن أنور مطلوبة لتنفيذ حكم قضائي صدر ضدها بالسجن ثلاثة أشهر في إحدى القضايا، إلى جانب صدور حكم آخر بتغريمها في قضية منفصلة.
لا تعسف ولا تمييز
وأشارت الوزارة في بيان أصدرته إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة فور التحقق من موقفها القانوني، وفق القوانين واللوائح المنظمة، دون أي تجاوز أو تعسف وجميع التعاملات مع الواقعة تمت وفق كامل الأطر الشرعية، وأن الإجراءات جاءت تطبيقًا لأحكام القضاء واحترامًا لسيادة القانون، مع التأكيد على عدم وجود أي معاملة تمييزية سواء بالسلب أو الإيجاب، وجميع الأشخاص يخضعون لأحكام القانون دون استثناء، داعيةإلى عدم الانسياق وراء الشائعات أو المعلومات غير الدقيقة المتداولة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والرجوع إلى البيانات الرسمية الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة للتأكد من صحة الوقائع، حرصًا على وعي الرأي العام ومنع تداول المعلومات المغلوطة.
طلب استئناف
وفي السياق تقدم المحامي الخاص بالفنانة سماح أنور بمعارضة الحكم الصادر ضدها بالسجن ثلاثة أشهر في إحدى القضايا، وطلب استئناف الحكم بالغرامة المالية في القضية الأخرى، إضافة إلى إطلاق سراحها.
Recently, social media platforms circulated a video in which the artist Samah Anwar spoke about her detention inside one of the traffic units while completing the procedures for licensing her car without just cause. The Egyptian Ministry of Interior confirmed that Anwar is wanted to serve a three-month prison sentence issued against her in one of the cases, in addition to another ruling imposing a fine in a separate case.
No Abuse or Discrimination
The ministry indicated in a statement that it took the necessary legal actions as soon as her legal status was verified, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, without any violation or abuse. All dealings related to the incident were conducted within the full legal framework, and the actions were taken in implementation of judicial rulings and in respect of the rule of law. It emphasized that there was no discriminatory treatment, either negatively or positively, and that all individuals are subject to the law without exception. The ministry urged the public not to be swayed by rumors or inaccurate information circulating on social media and to refer to the official statements issued by the relevant authorities to verify the facts, in order to maintain public awareness and prevent the spread of misinformation.
Appeal Request
In this context, the lawyer representing the artist Samah Anwar submitted an appeal against the three-month prison sentence issued against her in one of the cases and requested an appeal of the financial fine in the other case, in addition to her release.
