يواجه مسلسل «كلهم بيحبوا مودي» بطولة الفنان المصري ياسر جلال والمقرر عرضه رمضان القادم أزمة قانونية مع نقابة الممثلين التي أعلنت اتخاذ إجراءات رسمية ضد الشركة المنتجة، لمخالفتها اللوائح المنظمة لمزاولة مهنة التمثيل عبر التعاقد مع ملكة جمال مصر إيرينا يسري لأداء أحد الأدوار في المسلسل دون الحصول على تصريح مسبق.
مخالفة القانون
وأكدت النقابة رفض مشاركة أي شخص في الأعمال الفنية دون الحصول على تصريح مسبق، مشيرة في بيان رسمي أصدرته إلى أن الشركة المنتجة خالفت القواعد المعمول بها بتعاقدها مع ملكة جمال مصر 2025 إيرينا يسري، في أولى تجاربها الدرامية، دون استصدار التصريح القانوني اللازم.
وكشفت عزمها اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد يسري، بسبب ممارسة التمثيل بالمخالفة للقانون، وملاحقة أي شركات إنتاج تتعامل مع ممثلين غير مقيدين أو غير حاصلين على تصاريح رسمية، في إطار حماية حقوق أعضائها، وضمان الالتزام بسيادة القانون داخل الوسط الفني.
وأضاف البيان، النقابة مستمرة في تطبيق إجراءات رادعة تجاه أي تجاوزات مماثلة، ولن تتهاون مع تكرار هذه المخالفات مستقبلًا، بما يحفظ انتظام العمل الفني ويصون المهنة.
عقوبات محتملة
وكشفت مصادر مطلعة أن العقوبات المحتملة تشمل فرض غرامة مالية على الشركة المنتجة قد تصل إلى مليون جنيه، فضلًا عن توجيه تحذير لأعضاء النقابة بعدم التعاون معها في مشروعات لاحقة، لحين تقنين الأوضاع، على أن تتضح القرارات النهائية خلال الأيام القادمة.
وتُعد إيرينا يسري من الوجوه الشابة التي تجمع بين المجال الأكاديمي والفني، وحصلت على بكالوريوس طب الأسنان من الجامعة البريطانية، إلى جانب نشاطها في مجالات الموضة والإعلام، ودفاعها العلني عن قضايا المرأة، فضلًا عن حضورها اللافت على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث يتابعها مئات الآلاف عبر «إنستغرام».
أول ظهور درامي
ويشكّل مسلسل «كلهم بيحبوا مودي» أول ظهور درامي لإيرينا يسري ضمن عمل يُصنَّف كدراما اجتماعية لايت كوميدي رومانسية، تدور أحداثه في إطار إنساني خفيف.
ويشارك في بطولة المسلسل إلى جانب ياسر جلال عدد من النجوم، من بينهم مرفت أمين، آيتن عامر، ريهام الشنواني، مصطفى أبو سريع، هدى الإتربي، جوري بكر، ومحسن منصور، وهو من تأليف أيمن سلامة، وإخراج أحمد شفيق، ويتكوّن من 15 حلقة، ومقرر عرضه خلال رمضان القادم.
The series “Everyone Loves Mody,” starring Egyptian artist Yasser Jalal and set to air next Ramadan, is facing a legal crisis with the Actors’ Syndicate, which announced it is taking official action against the production company for violating the regulations governing the practice of acting by contracting with Miss Egypt Irina Yousri to perform one of the roles in the series without obtaining prior permission.
Legal Violation
The syndicate confirmed its refusal to allow anyone to participate in artistic works without obtaining prior permission, noting in an official statement that the production company violated the applicable rules by contracting with Miss Egypt 2025 Irina Yousri, in her first dramatic experience, without obtaining the necessary legal permit.
It revealed its intention to take legal action against Yousri for acting in violation of the law and to pursue any production companies that work with unregistered actors or those without official permits, as part of its efforts to protect the rights of its members and ensure adherence to the rule of law within the artistic community.
The statement added that the syndicate will continue to implement strict measures against any similar violations and will not tolerate the recurrence of these infractions in the future, in order to maintain the regularity of artistic work and safeguard the profession.
Potential Penalties
Informed sources revealed that potential penalties include imposing a financial fine on the production company that could reach one million Egyptian pounds, in addition to issuing a warning to syndicate members not to cooperate with it in future projects until the situation is regularized, with final decisions expected to be clarified in the coming days.
Irina Yousri is considered one of the young faces that combine academic and artistic fields, having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from the British University, alongside her activities in fashion and media, and her public advocacy for women’s issues, as well as her notable presence on social media platforms, where she is followed by hundreds of thousands on Instagram.
First Dramatic Appearance
In addition, the series “Everyone Loves Mody” marks Irina Yousri’s first dramatic appearance in a work classified as a light romantic social drama, with events unfolding in a light-hearted human context.
Alongside Yasser Jalal, the series features several stars, including Mervat Amin, Aiten Amer, Riham El Shenawy, Mostafa Abu Sreia, Hoda El Itreby, Jory Bakr, and Mohsen Mansour. It is written by Ayman Salama and directed by Ahmed Shafiq, consisting of 15 episodes, and is set to air during the upcoming Ramadan.
