أحالت جهات التحقيق المختصة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر المتهم في قتل الفنان سعيد مختار إلى المحاكمة الجنائية.
غدر متعمد
وقالت محامية الفنان الراحل في بث مباشر على «فيس بوك»، تعرض موكلي لغدر متعمد أثناء توجهه لرؤية نجله داخل أحد المولات، قبل أن تقوم طليقته بتغيير الموقع بشكل مفاجئ وتحضر بصحبة زوجها العرفي، المتهم في الواقعة.
وأضافت تغيير الموقع لم يكن صدفة، معتبرة أن تغيير المكان والموعد تم بشكل مدبر، كما كشفت عن تفاصيل قانونية جديدة تتعلق بالحالة الاجتماعية للفنان، موضحة أن حديث الطلاق المتداول غير دقيق، إذ إن الزوجة ما زالت على ذمته قانونًا، ولم يُفصل بعد في دعوى الخلع التي أقامتها في سبتمبر الماضي.
زواج عرفي
وأضافت المحامية أن زواج الزوجة عرفيًا من المتهم يعد وضعًا غير قانوني في ظل استمرار العلاقة الزوجية رسميًا، مشيرة إلى أن الفنان كان حريصًا على ابنه، حيث استأجر شقة لزوجته مطلع نوفمبر الماضي، وحوّل لها مبلغًا ماليًا قبل ساعات من الحادثة لتلبية احتياجات نجلهما.
وأوضحت أن الزوجة كانت تمنع الفنان من رؤية طفله خلال الفترة الأخيرة، وأن حضورها إلى النادي برفقة زوجها العرفي في موعد الرؤية كان السبب المباشر في اندلاع المشاجرة، التي انتهت بطعن الفنان حتى فارق الحياة أمام نادي وادي دجلة بمنطقة حدائق أكتوبر.

Deliberate Betrayal
The late artist’s lawyer stated in a live broadcast on “Facebook” that her client was subjected to a deliberate betrayal while he was on his way to see his son inside one of the malls, before his ex-wife suddenly changed the location and arrived with her common-law husband, who is the accused in the incident.
She added that the change of location was not a coincidence, considering that the change of place and time was planned. She also revealed new legal details regarding the artist’s marital status, clarifying that the talk of divorce circulating is inaccurate, as the wife is still legally married to him, and the lawsuit for divorce that she filed last September has not yet been resolved.
Common-Law Marriage
The lawyer added that the wife’s common-law marriage to the accused constitutes an illegal situation given the ongoing official marital relationship. She pointed out that the artist was keen on his son, as he rented an apartment for his wife at the beginning of last November and transferred a sum of money to her just hours before the incident to meet their son’s needs.
She explained that the wife had been preventing the artist from seeing his child recently, and her presence at the club with her common-law husband during the visitation time was the direct cause of the altercation, which ended with the artist being stabbed until he lost his life in front of Wadi Degla Club in the October Gardens area.
