تصدر المحكمة الاقتصادية في مصر اليوم (السبت) حكمها في قضية الاستيلاء على الحسابات الرسمية للفنانة شيرين عبد الوهاب والتربح منها دون وجه حق عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى بلاغات تقدم بها محامي الفنانة، أشار فيها إلى قيام المتهم بالسيطرة على صفحاتها عبر منصات «فيسبوك» و«إكس» و«إنستغرام» و«تيك توك»، إلى جانب الاستحواذ على قناتها الرسمية على «يوتيوب»، دون وجود أي سند قانوني.
وأكد الدفاع أن الفنانة لم توقّع أي عقود تفيد ببيع أو التنازل عن حساباتها أو إدارتها لأي جهة، معتبرًا ما حدث استيلاءً غير مشروع واستغلالًا تجاريًا لمحتوى يخصها.
إجراءات قانونية
وكان المستشار القانوني للفنانة اتخذ إجراءات قانونية سابقة ضد بعض الصفحات التي نشرت محتوى مسيئًا لها، في محاولة للحد من الانتهاكات التي طالت صورتها وحقوقها الرقمية، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيقات في القضية، التي حملت رقمًا رسميًا ضمن قضايا الجنح الاقتصادية، تمهيدًا لإحالة المتهم إلى المحاكمة والفصل فيها بحكم قضائي.
The Economic Court in Egypt will issue its ruling today (Saturday) in the case of the unauthorized seizure of the official accounts of artist Sherine Abdel Wahab and profiting from them through social media.
Case Details
The details of the incident date back to complaints filed by the artist’s lawyer, who indicated that the accused had taken control of her pages on platforms such as “Facebook,” “X,” “Instagram,” and “TikTok,” as well as acquiring her official channel on “YouTube,” without any legal basis.
The defense confirmed that the artist did not sign any contracts indicating the sale or transfer of her accounts or their management to any party, considering what happened as an unlawful seizure and commercial exploitation of content that belongs to her.
Legal Procedures
The artist’s legal advisor had previously taken legal action against some pages that published offensive content about her, in an attempt to curb the violations that affected her image and digital rights, while the Public Prosecution began investigations into the case, which was assigned an official number among economic misdemeanor cases, in preparation for referring the accused to trial and resolving the matter with a judicial ruling.
