حالة الطقس 
دخل الفنان التركي كيفانش تاتليتوغ، نجم «العشق الممنوع»، في دائرة أزمة قانونية جديدة بعد إصابة عامل بجروح خطيرة إثر سقوطه من سطح منزل الفنان في منطقة جوكترك بإسطنبول، في واقعة باتت محل تحقيق للوقوف على المسؤوليات والملابسات المحيطة بها.
إصابة خطيرة خلال أعمال الترميم
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى العامل التركماني باهادور يانجبييف، الذي كان موجوداً داخل منزل كيفانش تاتليتوغ في إطار أعمال مرتبطة بالتنظيف والترميم، قبل أن يتعرّض للسقوط من سطح العقار.
عامل في العناية المركزة وبداية التحقيقات
ونُقل العامل إلى أحد المستشفيات لتلقي العلاج، فيما كشفت التقارير التركية أن حالته استدعت وضعه في وحدة العناية المركزة؛ نتيجة الإصابات التي لحقت به جراء السقوط، فيما بدأت الجهات المختصة التحقيق في ملابسات الحادثة.
وخلال التحقيقات، قال صاحب شركة الترميم إنه تعاقد على تنفيذ أعمال الدهان والترميم بعدما قدّم له شخص نفسه باعتباره محامي كيفانش تاتليتوغ، مؤكداً أنه لم يطلب من العامل الصعود إلى السطح، وأُفرج عنه لاحقاً مع إخضاعه للرقابة القضائية.
بلاغ ضد كيفانش ومحاميه
وتصاعدت الأزمة بعدما تقدّم صاحب الشركة ببلاغ ضد كيفانش تاتليتوغ ومحاميه إبراهيم أتيش، على خلفية الحادثة وأعمال الترميم التي كانت تُجرى داخل المنزل.
دفاع كيفانش يوضّح موقفه
في المقابل، نفى مكتب المحاماة الذي يُمثّل الفنان ما تم تداوله من معلومات وصفها بغير الدقيقة، موضحاً أن كيفانش وأسرته كانوا خارج المدينة وقت وقوع الحادثة، وأن شركة متخصصة كانت تتولى أعمال الترميم والإنشاءات في العقار.
وأكد الدفاع أن الفنان لم يكن على علم بالأعمال التي تُنفّذ على سطح المنزل، ولم يصدر أي توجيه أو موافقة بشأن صعود العامل، مشدداً على عدم مسؤوليته عن الواقعة، فيما تواصل الجهات المختصة تحقيقاتها لتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية.
The Turkish artist Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, star of “Forbidden Love,” has entered a new legal crisis after a worker was seriously injured following a fall from the roof of the artist’s house in the Gokturk area of Istanbul, in an incident that has become the subject of an investigation to determine responsibilities and the surrounding circumstances.
Serious Injury During Renovation Work
The details of the incident relate to the Turkmen worker Bahadur Yangbiyev, who was present inside Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ’s house as part of cleaning and renovation work before he fell from the roof of the property.
Worker in Intensive Care and Start of Investigations
The worker was transferred to a hospital for treatment, while Turkish reports revealed that his condition necessitated placing him in the intensive care unit due to the injuries he sustained from the fall, as the relevant authorities began investigating the circumstances of the incident.
During the investigations, the owner of the renovation company stated that he contracted to carry out painting and renovation work after someone introduced himself as Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ’s lawyer, confirming that he did not ask the worker to go up to the roof, and he was later released under judicial supervision.
Complaint Against Kıvanç and His Lawyer
The crisis escalated after the company owner filed a complaint against Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and his lawyer Ibrahim Atış, in connection with the incident and the renovation work being carried out inside the house.
Kıvanç’s Defense Clarifies His Position
In contrast, the law firm representing the artist denied the circulated information, describing it as inaccurate, explaining that Kıvanç and his family were out of town at the time of the incident, and that a specialized company was responsible for the renovation and construction work on the property.
The defense confirmed that the artist was unaware of the work being carried out on the roof of the house and had not issued any instructions or approvals regarding the worker’s ascent, emphasizing his lack of responsibility for the incident, while the relevant authorities continue their investigations to determine legal responsibilities.
