حالة الطقس 
حسمت الفنانة المصرية نادية الجندي الجدل حول فكرة اعتزالها، مؤكدة أنها لا تفكر في الابتعاد عن الفن طالما تمتلك القدرة على تقديم أعمال جديدة، مشيرة إلى أن الخبرة والنضج اللذين يكتسبهما الفنان مع مرور السنوات يمنحانه المزيد من العطاء.
رفض إعادة أعمالها
كما أكدت في تصريحات تلفزيونية رفضها إعادة تقديم أعمالها الفنية التي ارتبط بها الجمهور، معتبرة أن المقارنة قد لا تكون منصفة للفنانين الجدد، لافتة إلى أن لكل نجم بصمته الخاصة وشخصيته الفنية التي تميزه.
استعداد للعودة إلى الشاشة
وكشفت نادية الجندي أنها تستعد للعودة إلى جمهورها خلال الفترة القادمة، مؤكدة أنها تواصل قراءة عدد من السيناريوهات لاختيار العمل الأنسب سواء في السينما أو الدراما التلفزيونية. وأضافت أن التكريم الحقيقي بالنسبة لها يظل محبة الجمهور رغم حصولها على العديد من الجوائز والتكريمات طوال مسيرتها الفنية، مشيرة إلى أن سؤال جمهورها الدائم عن موعد عودتها كان دافعاً لاتخاذ قرار العودة بعمل جديد.
آخر أعمالها الفنية
ويعد مسلسل «سكر زيادة» آخر أعمال نادية الجندي، إذ عرض في رمضان 2020، وشاركها بطولته نبيلة عبيد، والراحلة سميحة أيوب، وهالة فاخر، إلى جانب نخبة من ضيوف الشرف أبرزهم أحمد السقا، وروجينا وآخرون تحت إدارة المخرج وائل إحسان.
The Egyptian artist Nadia El Gendy has settled the controversy surrounding the idea of her retirement, confirming that she does not think about stepping away from art as long as she has the ability to present new works, pointing out that the experience and maturity that an artist gains over the years provide them with more creativity.
Refusal to Reproduce Her Works
She also confirmed in television statements her refusal to re-present her artistic works that the audience is attached to, considering that comparisons may not be fair to new artists, noting that each star has their own unique imprint and artistic personality that distinguishes them.
Preparation for a Return to the Screen
Nadia El Gendy revealed that she is preparing to return to her audience in the upcoming period, confirming that she is continuing to read several scripts to choose the most suitable work, whether in cinema or television drama. She added that true recognition for her remains the love of the audience, despite having received many awards and honors throughout her artistic career, pointing out that her audience’s constant question about the date of her return was a motivation for her decision to come back with a new work.
Her Latest Artistic Works
The series “Sukar Ziyada” is considered Nadia El Gendy’s latest work, which aired during Ramadan 2020, co-starring Nabila Obeid, the late Samira Ayyoub, and Hala Fakher, along with a selection of guest stars, most notably Ahmed El Sakka, Rogina, and others, under the direction of director Wael Ihsan.
