حالة الطقس 
في قرار تاريخي صادم هز الوسط الفني الأردني، اتخذت نقابة الفنانين الأردنيين خطوة غير متوقعة بالإطاحة بنخبة من ألمع نجوم الشاشة الأردنية والعربية من سجلاتها، وعلى رأسهم النجمة الشهيرة صبا مبارك، والنجمان جميل براهمة ووسام البريحي، مما فجر موجة عارمة من الغضب والتهديد باللجوء إلى القضاء!
القرار الذي وُصف بـ«المفاجئ» نزل كالصاعقة على جمهور هؤلاء النجوم، الذين لم يتخيلوا يوماً أن تنتهي علاقة أيقونات الفن الأردني بنقابتهم بـ«فرمان شطب» رسمي.
21 فناناً خارج الأسوار
بدأت الأزمة عقب إصدار مجلس نقابة الفنانين الأردنيين كتباً رسمية حاسمة، أعلن فيها رسمياً إلغاء وشطب عضوية 21 عضواً بشكل نهائي. وحول المبرر القانوني، أوضحت النقابة أنها استندت إلى مواد قانونية صارمة تنص على انتهاء العضوية حكماً في حال تخلف العضو عن دفع الرسوم السنوية، والعوائد المالية، واشتراكات الصندوق الحيوية.
وأكدت النقابة أنها لم تتخذ القرار بشكل مفاجئ، بل تواصلت مراراً مع الأسماء المشطوبة، وأرسلت إليهم كتب إنذار رسمية سابقة بضرورة تصويب أوضاعهم المالية المترتبة عليهم منذ سنوات، إلا أن أحداً منهم لم يستجب، ليصدر القرار النهائي بفصلهم.
صبا مبارك ترفض.. والنجوم يهددون بالقضاء!
كواليس القرار كشفت عن أبعاد أخرى أكثر إثارة، حيث تشير المصادر إلى أن النجمة صبا مبارك (التي تعيش وتعمل في القاهرة وتحقق نجاحات درامية ضخمة) أبدت بالفعل عدم رغبتها في الاستمرار بعضوية النقابة الأردنية، وذلك لوجود تحفظات سابقة لديها حول طريقة التعامل معها نقابياً بعد خوضها تجربة إنتاج عمل درامي في الأردن قبل سنوات.
وعلى الجانب الآخر، اشتعلت الجبهة من قِبل الفنان جميل براهمة الذي رفض القرار تماماً ووصفه بالظلم الصارخ، مؤكداً أنه سيلجأ إلى القضاء الأردني والرأي العام لاسترداد حقه. وفي السياق ذاته، هاجم الفنان وسام البريحي (نجم الدراما البدوية والعربية) القرار بحدة، معبراً عن استيائه من التوقيت، ومعلقاً بأن هناك ملفات فنية ونقابية أكثر خطورة وأهمية كان على النقابة الالتفات إليها بدلاً من ملاحقة وفصل قامات فنية كبيرة بدعوى عدم تسديد اشتراكات مالية.
In a shocking historical decision that shook the Jordanian artistic community, the Jordanian Artists Association took an unexpected step by expelling a selection of the brightest stars of Jordanian and Arab screens from its records, led by the famous star Saba Mubarak, along with stars Jamil Barahmeh and Wissam Al-Braihi, sparking a massive wave of anger and threats of legal action!
The decision, described as “surprising,” hit the fans of these stars like a bolt from the blue, as they never imagined that the relationship of the icons of Jordanian art with their association would end with an official “decree of expulsion.”
21 Artists Outside the Walls
The crisis began after the Jordanian Artists Association issued decisive official letters, in which it officially announced the cancellation and expulsion of 21 members’ memberships permanently. Regarding the legal justification, the association clarified that it relied on strict legal provisions that stipulate the automatic termination of membership in the event that a member fails to pay annual fees, financial dues, and vital fund subscriptions.
The association confirmed that it did not make the decision suddenly, but rather communicated repeatedly with the expelled individuals, sending them previous official warning letters about the necessity of rectifying their financial situations that had been pending for years; however, none of them responded, leading to the final decision to expel them.
Saba Mubarak Refuses.. and the Stars Threaten Legal Action!
The behind-the-scenes of the decision revealed other more exciting dimensions, as sources indicate that star Saba Mubarak (who lives and works in Cairo and achieves massive dramatic successes) indeed expressed her unwillingness to continue her membership in the Jordanian association, due to previous reservations she had about how she was treated by the association after her experience producing a dramatic work in Jordan years ago.
On the other hand, the front was ignited by artist Jamil Barahmeh, who completely rejected the decision and described it as a blatant injustice, affirming that he would resort to the Jordanian judiciary and public opinion to reclaim his rights. In the same context, artist Wissam Al-Braihi (a star of Bedouin and Arab drama) harshly criticized the decision, expressing his dissatisfaction with the timing, commenting that there are more serious and important artistic and union files that the association should have focused on instead of pursuing and expelling prominent artistic figures under the pretext of unpaid financial subscriptions.
