ارتفعت القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية بنحو 1.49%، بقيمة بلغت نحو 147 مليار ريال، لتبلغ نحو 9.996.31 مليار ريال، وذلك بنهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 أبريل 2026، ومقارنةً بالأسبوع الذي سبقه، وذلك بحسب التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي تنشره تداول السعودية.
ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي
وبحسب التقرير، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 4.8% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 16 أبريل 2026.
ووفقاً للتقرير، فإن صافي مشتريات المؤسسات الأجنبية في السوق الرئيسية في الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 أبريل 2026 وصل إلى نحو 2.33 مليار ريال.
واستحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 39% من إجمالي المشتريات، و31.3% من المبيعات خلال الأسبوع الماضي. في حين بلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد الأجانب نحو 94 مليون ريال.
وبلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد (الإجمالي) نحو 2.9 مليار ريال، حيث بلغ صافي مبيعات المستثمرين الأفراد نحو 627.7 مليون ريال، وصافي مبيعات كبار المستثمرين الأفراد نحو مليار ريال، وصافي مبيعات المستثمرين المتخصصين نحو مليار ريال.
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية نحو 279.2 مليون ريال.
The market capitalization of listed stocks in the main market increased by approximately 1.49%, reaching a value of about 147 billion riyals, bringing the total to approximately 9,996.31 billion riyals, by the end of the week ending April 16, 2026, compared to the previous week, according to the weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, published by Tadawul Saudi Arabia.
Foreign Investor Ownership
According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.8% of the total market capitalization of listed stocks as of April 16, 2026.
According to the report, the net purchases of foreign institutions in the main market for the week ending April 16, 2026, reached approximately 2.33 billion riyals.
Foreign institutions accounted for 39% of total purchases and 31.3% of sales during the past week, while the net sales of foreign individuals amounted to about 94 million riyals.
The net sales of individuals (in total) reached approximately 2.9 billion riyals, with the net sales of individual investors amounting to about 627.7 million riyals, net sales of major individual investors around 1 billion riyals, and net sales of specialized investors about 1 billion riyals.
In contrast, the net purchases of Saudi institutions amounted to approximately 279.2 million riyals.
