حالة الطقس 
برأت محكمة جنح القاهرة الاقتصادية الفنانة التونسية فريال يوسف من دعوى اتهامها بالسب والقذف والتشهير التي أقامتها ضدها الفنانة المصرية نادية الجندي، في القضية رقم 2415 لسنة 2026 جنح اقتصادية، التي نظرتها الدائرة الثالثة.
مستندات حاسمة
وأوضح دفاع فريال يوسف، في بيان صحفي، أن الحكم جاء عقب تقديم مجموعة من المستندات الرسمية، من بينها تسجيلات للقاءات تلفزيونية كانت محل الخلاف بين الطرفين.
بداية الأزمة
وأشار إلى أن جذور الأزمة تعود إلى ظهور فريال يوسف في أحد البرامج، وحديثها عن تجاربها الفنية والصعوبات التي واجهتها، ومن بينها مشاركتها في مسلسل «أسرار»، لافتة إلى عدم حصولها على كامل مستحقاتها المالية، دون أن توجه إساءة مباشرة لأي طرف.
تصعيد الخلاف
وأضاف أن التوتر تصاعد لاحقاً بعد تصريحات أدلت بها نادية الجندي في لقاء إعلامي، تضمنت عبارات رأت فيها فريال يوسف إساءة لها، وهو ما دفعها لاتخاذ المسار القانوني وتحرير محضر رسمي، مؤكدة تعرضها لأضرار مادية وأدبية.
وفي المقابل، ردت نادية الجندي بحدة على فريال يوسف، متهمة إياها بمحاولة استغلال شهرتها، وهو ما اعتبرته الأخيرة إساءة دفعتها لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وإثبات تعرضها لأضرار نفسية ومادية.

Feryal Youssef’s defense explained in a press statement that the ruling came after presenting a set of official documents, including recordings of television interviews that were the subject of dispute between the two parties.
Beginning of the Crisis
It was noted that the roots of the crisis date back to Feryal Youssef’s appearance on one of the programs, where she spoke about her artistic experiences and the difficulties she faced, including her participation in the series “Asrar,” pointing out that she did not receive all her financial dues, without directly insulting any party.
Escalation of the Dispute
He added that tensions escalated later after statements made by Nadia El Gendy in a media interview, which contained phrases that Feryal Youssef considered offensive, prompting her to take legal action and file an official report, confirming that she suffered material and moral damages.
In response, Nadia El Gendy sharply replied to Feryal Youssef, accusing her of trying to exploit her fame, which Feryal Youssef considered an insult that led her to take legal measures and prove that she suffered psychological and material damages.
