أشعلت المؤثرة السعودية سارة الودعاني موجة واسعة من الجدل على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بعد نشرها مقطع فيديو جديد ظهرت فيه للمرة الأولى من دون حجاب، في خطوة اعتبرها كثيرون تحوّلًا مفاجئًا في صورتها التي عُرفت بها لسنوات.

الفيديو الذي نُشر عبر حساباتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، انتشر كالنار في الهشيم خلال ساعات، ودفع باسمها إلى صدارة قوائم الترند، وسط تفاعل حاد وانقسام واضح بين المتابعين.

لكن ردود الفعل لم تكن عادية. فبينما عبّر قطاع من الجمهور عن صدمتهم من الخطوة، معتبرين أنها تناقض تصريحات سابقة للودعاني كانت تؤكد فيها التزامها بالحجاب باعتباره قناعة دينية، دافع آخرون عنها بقوة، مؤكدين أن الاختيار شخصي ولا يحق لأحد محاسبتها عليه.

في المقابل، ذهب بعض المنتقدين إلى ربط التغيير بما وصفوه بـ«ضغوط الشهرة» أو «السعي لإثارة الجدل»، خاصة مع تداول مقطع قديم لوالدها كان يستبعد فيه إقدامها على هذه الخطوة، قائلًا: «والله ما تسوينها»، وهو ما أعاد الفيديو إلى الواجهة بقوة.

ولم يتوقف الجدل عند فيديو سارة الأخير، بل تحول إلى اتهامات على منصات التواصل بأن الظهور المثير للجدل قد يكون مقصودًا لرفع نسب المشاهدات، خصوصًا أن الودعاني تُعد من أكثر المؤثرات متابعة في السعودية، إذ يتابعها نحو 7 ملايين شخص على سناب شات فقط.

وتُعرف سارة، وهي أم لخمسة أطفال، بمحتواها المرتبط بالحياة الأسرية والأمومة والتجميل، إلى جانب مشاركاتها اليومية التي تحظى بتفاعل واسع من جمهورها.

ويأتي هذا الجدل بعد فترة قصيرة من ظهورها اللافت في إعلان مسلسل «شباب البومب 14» المزمع عرضه خلال موسم رمضان، وهو الظهور الذي أعادها إلى دائرة الضوء الإعلامي، قبل أن تتصاعد وتيرة الاهتمام مع فيديو خلع الحجاب.

وحتى الآن، لم تصدر سارة الودعاني أي توضيح مباشر حول دوافع هذا التغيير، مكتفية بنشر المحتوى، بينما لا يزال النقاش محتدمًا بين من يرى الخطوة تحولًا شخصيًا مشروعًا، ومن يعتبرها صدمة لجمهور اعتاد صورة مختلفة تمامًا.

The controversy did not stop at Sarah’s latest video; it transformed into accusations on social media that the controversial appearance might have been intentional to boost viewership, especially since Al-Wadaani is considered one of the most followed influencers in Saudi Arabia, with around 7 million followers on Snapchat alone.

Sarah, a mother of five, is known for her content related to family life, motherhood, and beauty, along with her daily posts that receive wide engagement from her audience.

This controversy comes shortly after her notable appearance in the advertisement for the series “Shabab Al-Bomb 14,” set to air during the Ramadan season, an appearance that brought her back into the media spotlight, before the interest escalated with the hijab removal video.

So far, Sarah Al-Wadaani has not issued any direct clarification regarding the motives behind this change, contenting herself with posting content, while the debate continues to rage between those who see the step as a legitimate personal transformation and those who consider it a shock to an audience accustomed to a completely different image.
