حالة الطقس 
أصدرت نقابة المهن الموسيقية في مصر، بيانًا رسميًا، للرد على الجدل بشأن الأنباء التي تداولتها بعض المواقع ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن عدم إجراء التحقيق مع الفنان المصري حلمي عبد الباقي.
وأكدت النقابة أن لجنة التحقيقات انعقدت يوم الاثنين 15 ديسمبر 2025، بتشكيل قانوني كامل لمباشرة التحقيق مع حلمي عبد الباقي وفقًا للقانون رقم 35 لسنة 1978، بحضور المستشار المنتدب من مجلس الدولة وعضوين من مجلس الإدارة.
امتناع حلمي عبد الباقي عن التحقيق
أوضح البيان أن حلمي عبد الباقي ووكيله حضرا الجلسة، لكنه امتنع عن استكمال التحقيق بداعي الطعن قضائيًا على قرار الإحالة، دون تقديم حكم قضائي بوقف تنفيذ القرار، ووقع على محضر الجلسة بما يفيد امتناعه عن الاستكمال قبل مغادرته.
استكمال الإجراءات القانونية
وأكدت النقابة أنها استكملت إجراءات التحقيق طبقًا للقانون وقرار مجلس الإدارة، وحثت وسائل الإعلام ومستخدمي منصات التواصل على الالتزام بالشفافية، محذرة من نشر أخبار مغلوطة، ومؤكدة أنها ستتخذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد من يروج لمعلومات خاطئة.
تعليق حلمي عبد الباقي
وكان نفي حلمي عبد الباقي، سابقاً، قرار إحالته إلى مجلس تأديب، مؤكدًا أنه لم تتوجه له أي اتهامات أو خضوعه لأي تحقيق رسمي حتى الآن، مشيراً إلى أن ما يحدث محاولة مخططًا لها لإبعاده عن منصبه، موضحاً ثقته في ظهور الحقيقة.
The Musicians’ Syndicate in Egypt issued an official statement in response to the controversy regarding the news circulated by some websites and social media platforms about the lack of investigation into the Egyptian artist Helmy Abdel Baki.
The syndicate confirmed that the investigation committee convened on Monday, December 15, 2025, with a full legal formation to conduct the investigation with Helmy Abdel Baki in accordance with Law No. 35 of 1978, in the presence of the appointed advisor from the State Council and two members of the board of directors.
Helmy Abdel Baki’s Refusal to Investigate
The statement clarified that Helmy Abdel Baki and his attorney attended the session, but he refused to continue the investigation on the grounds of appealing the referral decision, without presenting a judicial ruling to suspend the execution of the decision, and he signed the session record indicating his refusal to continue before leaving.
Completion of Legal Procedures
The syndicate confirmed that it completed the investigation procedures in accordance with the law and the board of directors’ decision, urging media outlets and social media users to adhere to transparency, warning against the dissemination of false news, and affirming that it will take legal action against anyone promoting incorrect information.
Helmy Abdel Baki’s Comment
Helmy Abdel Baki previously denied the decision to refer him to a disciplinary council, confirming that he has not been subjected to any accusations or any official investigation so far, indicating that what is happening is a planned attempt to remove him from his position, expressing his confidence in the emergence of the truth.
