حالة الطقس 
برر الفنان المصري أحمد العوضي رغبته في الزواج مجدداً، ورفضه البقاء عازباً، وقال خلال استضافته في برنامج «صاحبة السعادة» مع الإعلامية إسعاد يونس: «لما قلت في لايف شهير إني هتجوز، الناس زعلت، وقلت إني عايز أجيب ولد، كدا أنا غلطت في حد؟».
وأضاف: «لما قلت نفسي أخلف، دي أمنية بقولها عشان ربنا يحققها لي، وهل دا يزعل حد؟، أنا مش هفضل طول عمري قوي صحياً، حقي يبقى عندي عيل، وهعلمه زي ما أبويا علّمني إزاي يطلع واد راجل».
علاقة وانتهت
كما دافع العوضي عن حقه في احترام خصوصيته، لافتاً إلى عدم رغبته في الحديث عن ماضيه.
وقال: «لا أحترم أي رجل يتكلم فى علاقة بعد ما خلصت، لأن البيوت كالقبور لا أحد يعرف ما بداخلها سوى قاطنيها، وأنا مينفعش أغيّر كلامي دا لأنه نابع من تربية راجل علّمني كدا، أي علاقة انتهت مينفعش تذكرها إلا بالطيب، دا إن ذكرت أصلاً».
وأضاف: «لما دا يتكلم ودا يتكلم، أنت عايزني أجي معاك في حتتك وأطلع أرد؟ لا، أنا مش متهم علشان أدافع عن نفسي».
علاج المدمنين
ودافع العوضي عن أعماله الفنية، قائلاً: «مدمنين كتير اتعالجوا بسبب مسلسلي حق عرب، وأرفض فكرة تقديم البطل كـبلطجي، لأن استخدام القوة في الدراما يجب أن يقتصر على إنصاف المظلومين. لدي هوس منذ الصغر بالمسلسلات التي تتحدث عن الحق ونصرة المظلوم، هذا الشغف سبب اختيار أعمالي الفنية».
وتابع: «هذه الخلطة هي التي جعلت مسلسلاتي قريبة من العائلة المصرية بمختلف أفرادها».
وأشار الفنان إلى حبه لأبناء بلده، قائلاً: «أنا جاي من وسط الناس، وهدفي تقديم فن يحترم عقولهم».
وعن مسلسله القادم في رمضان 2026 «علي كلاي»، قال العوضي إن الرياضة جزء أساسي من تكوينه الشخصي الذي سبقه في دخول عالم الفن، لافتاً إلى عشقه أساطير الملاكمة مثل تايسون، ومحمد علي كلاي، وتعلم منهما الكثير.
The Egyptian artist Ahmed El Awady justified his desire to marry again and his refusal to remain single, saying during his appearance on the program “Sahibat Al Saada” with media personality Esaad Younis: “When I said in a famous live that I will get married, people got upset, and I said I want to have a boy, did I wrong anyone?”
He added: “When I said I want to have children, that’s a wish I express so that God can fulfill it for me, and does that upset anyone? I can’t stay healthy forever; it’s my right to have a child, and I will teach him just like my father taught me how to be a man.”
Relationship Ended
El Awady also defended his right to respect his privacy, noting that he does not wish to talk about his past.
He said: “I do not respect any man who talks about a relationship after it has ended, because homes are like graves; no one knows what is inside them except their inhabitants, and I cannot change this statement because it comes from the upbringing of a man who taught me this. Any relationship that has ended should only be mentioned kindly, if it is mentioned at all.”
He added: “When this one speaks and that one speaks, do you want me to come to your place and respond? No, I am not accused to defend myself.”
Treatment of Addicts
El Awady defended his artistic works, saying: “Many addicts have been treated because of my series ‘Haq Arab’, and I refuse the idea of presenting the hero as a thug, because the use of force in drama should be limited to defending the oppressed. I have had an obsession since childhood with series that talk about justice and supporting the oppressed; this passion is what drives my choice of artistic works.”
He continued: “This mix is what has made my series close to the Egyptian family with all its members.”
The artist expressed his love for the people of his country, saying: “I come from among the people, and my goal is to present art that respects their minds.”
Regarding his upcoming series in Ramadan 2026, “Ali Clay”, El Awady said that sports are an essential part of his personal makeup that preceded his entry into the world of art, noting his admiration for boxing legends like Tyson and Muhammad Ali Clay, from whom he has learned a lot.
