سجَّل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة لشهر نوفمبر 2025 ارتفاعاً بنسبة (1.0%) مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، متأثراً بارتفاع تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني بنسبة (1.0%)، وللقطاع غير السكني بنسبة (1.0%)، وذلك وفقاً للنتائج التي أعلنتها الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
وفي السياق ذاته أظهرت نتائج مسح الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء على أساس شهري استقراراً في الأسعار لشهر نوفمبر 2025م مقارنة بشهر أكتوبر 2025م.
يشار إلى أن نشرة نتائج الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء تأتي ضمن الجهود المستمرة للهيئة العامة للإحصاء لتطوير منتجات إحصائية للقطاعات الحيوية، وتوفير مرجعية موثوقة وفعّالة، وتقديرات دقيقة لدعم قرارات المقاولين والمطورين العقاريين والجهات ذات العلاقة، والإسهام في رسم خارطة طريق واضحة للمشاريع الإنشائية السكنية وغير السكنية في قطاع البناء والتشييد.
The construction cost index in the Kingdom recorded an increase of (1.0%) in November 2025 compared to the same month last year, influenced by a rise in construction costs for the residential sector by (1.0%) and for the non-residential sector by (1.0%), according to the results announced by the General Authority for Statistics.
In the same context, the results of the monthly construction cost index survey showed stability in prices for November 2025 compared to October 2025.
It is worth noting that the publication of the construction cost index results is part of the ongoing efforts by the General Authority for Statistics to develop statistical products for vital sectors, provide a reliable and effective reference, and accurate estimates to support the decisions of contractors, real estate developers, and relevant entities, contributing to outlining a clear roadmap for residential and non-residential construction projects in the building and construction sector.
