قلّد محافظ حفر الباطن الأمير عبدالرحمن بن عبدالله بن فيصل بمكتبه، مدير شؤون الأمن بشرطة محافظة حفر الباطن العميد ملفي بن ناصر الثبيتي، رتبته الجديدة، إثر صدور الأمر السامي بترقيته إلى رتبة عميد، وذلك بحضور مدير شرطة حفر الباطن العميد فهد بن خلف الحربي.
وهنأ محافظ حفر الباطن العميد الثبيتي بهذه الثقة، متمنياً له التوفيق والسداد لخدمة الوطن.
The Governor of Hafr Al-Batin, Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Faisal, awarded the new rank to the Director of Security Affairs at the Hafr Al-Batin Police, Brigadier General Malfi bin Nasser Al-Thubaiti, in his office, following the issuance of the royal order promoting him to the rank of Brigadier General, in the presence of the Director of Hafr Al-Batin Police, Brigadier General Fahd bin Khalaf Al-Harbi.
The Governor of Hafr Al-Batin congratulated Brigadier General Al-Thubaiti on this trust, wishing him success and guidance in serving the nation.
