تميّزت الزهراني برؤية تربوية تجعل من الكشافة أسلوب حياة ومنهجاً لبناء الإنسان، إذ عملت على نشر الثقافة الكشفية وتعزيز أثرها التربوي في المجتمع المدرسي، مؤمنة بأن القيادة الحقيقية تبدأ من غرس القيم وتنمية روح المسؤولية والمبادرة لدى الأجيال الناشئة.
وقد جاء تكريمها برعاية محافظ جدة الأمير سعود بن عبدالله بن جلوي، وبحضور مدير عام التعليم بمحافظة جدة منال اللهيبي؛ تأكيداً لما حققته من أثر ملموس وإسهامات نوعية في المجالين التربوي والكشفي، وتقديراً لمسيرة حافلة بالعطاء والتميز.
اليوم، تُمثّل عبير الزهراني قصة نجاح ملهمة لقائدة تربوية جعلت من شغفها بالكشافة رسالة تنموية، ومن العمل الميداني طريقاً للإنجاز، لتسجل اسمها إحدى الرائدات في الحركة الكشفية النسائية، وتفتح آفاقاً جديدة أمام القائدات الكشفيات في تعليم جدة والمملكة.
Abir Musleh Abadi Al-Zahrani represents a model of inspiring educational leadership that combines her educational mission with her deep passion for scouting, creating a journey filled with giving and achievement, crowned by her obtaining the Wood Badge, making her the first female scout leader in the General Administration of Education in Jeddah to receive this leadership qualification.
Since her beginnings in the educational field, Abir Al-Zahrani has believed in the importance of building character and developing leadership skills among female students, making scouting activities an effective educational platform to instill the values of citizenship, volunteer work, and national belonging. This belief has been reflected in her continuous efforts to develop scouting programs and empower girls to engage in educational and community experiences that enrich their knowledge and enhance their leadership abilities.
Her obtaining the Wood Badge was not a fleeting achievement, but rather the result of years of diligent work, continuous development, and active participation in local and international scouting programs, in addition to her prominent role in training female scout leaders and supervising the implementation of initiatives and quality activities that contributed to the advancement of the scouting movement for girls in Jeddah’s education.
Al-Zahrani is distinguished by an educational vision that makes scouting a way of life and a method for building individuals, as she worked to spread scouting culture and enhance its educational impact in the school community, believing that true leadership begins with instilling values and developing a sense of responsibility and initiative among the younger generations.
Her recognition came under the patronage of the Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, and in the presence of the Director General of Education in Jeddah, Manal Al-Luhaybi; affirming the tangible impact she has made and her qualitative contributions in both educational and scouting fields, and appreciating a journey filled with giving and excellence.
Today, Abir Al-Zahrani represents an inspiring success story for an educational leader who has made her passion for scouting a developmental message, and her fieldwork a path to achievement, recording her name among the pioneers in the women’s scouting movement, and opening new horizons for female scout leaders in Jeddah and the Kingdom.
