سجل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة العربية السعودية ارتفاعاً خلال شهر مايو 2026 بنسبة 2.6% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2025.
ويعد معدل الارتفاع الأعلى منذ بداية السلسلة الزمنية المتوفرة في بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء التي تبدأ من يناير 2024.
وارتفع الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء إلى 103.9 نقطة خلال شهر مايو الماضي وفقاً لسنة الأساس 2023، مقارنةً بـ 101.3 نقطة خلال شهر مايو 2025.
وعزت الهيئة ارتفاع الرقم القياسي بشكل رئيسي إلى ارتفاع تكاليف البناء للقطاع السكني بنسبة 2.5%، وارتفاع تكاليف البناء للقطاع غير السكني بنسبة 3.0%.
وعرّفت الهيئة مؤشر الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء على أنه رقم نسبي يقيس التغير في تكاليف البناء خلال فترتين زمنيتين لسلة من مواد البناء والخدمات الإنشائية، ويُعد مؤشراً مهماً يُعتمد عليه من قبل المخططين والباحثين في مجالات التنمية والإنتاج عموماً.
The construction cost index in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recorded an increase of 2.6% in May 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.
This is the highest rate of increase since the beginning of the time series available in the data from the General Authority for Statistics, which starts from January 2024.
The construction cost index rose to 103.9 points in May of last year according to the base year 2023, compared to 101.3 points in May 2025.
The Authority attributed the increase in the index primarily to a rise in construction costs for the residential sector by 2.5%, and an increase in construction costs for the non-residential sector by 3.0%.
The Authority defined the construction cost index as a relative number that measures the change in construction costs over two time periods for a basket of construction materials and services, and it is an important indicator relied upon by planners and researchers in the fields of development and production in general.
