تكريم الدكتور حميد الرجوي رئيس مجلس إدارة «نيو إيفنت للتطوير» تقديرًا لدوره في دعم التنمية العمرانية
تشارك شركة نيو إيفنت للتطوير العقاري في فعاليات معرض «سيريدو» العقاري، الذي تستضيفه مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة من 6 إلى 8 سبتمبر 2026، بصفتها الراعي البلاتيني للمعرض، في خطوة تعكس إستراتيجية الشركة لتعزيز تواجدها وتوسعاتها بالسوق السعودي.
ويقام المعرض تحت رعاية ومشاركة وزارة البلديات والإسكان السعودية والهيئة العامة للعقار، إلى جانب صندوق التنمية العقارية، وبمشاركة نخبة من المطورين والمستثمرين والقيادات الاقتصادية بالقطاع العقاري.
وشهدت فعاليات المعرض تكريم الدكتور حميد الرجوي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة نيو إيفنت للتطوير العقاري، تقديرًا لدوره المميز وإسهاماته في دعم التنمية العمرانية، وذلك عقب مشاركته متحدثًا في إحدى الجلسات النقاشية التي أقيمت على هامش المعرض.
وقال الدكتور حميد الرجوي إن مشاركة «نيو إيفنت للتطوير» تأتي ضمن إستراتيجية الشركة لتعزيز حضورها في السوق السعودي، وبناء تواصل مباشر ومستدام مع المستثمرين والعملاء، إلى جانب التعريف بمحفظة مشروعاتها في مصر والسعودية واستكشاف فرص جديدة للتوسع والنمو.
محفظة متنوعة من المشروعات في جدة
وتستعرض «نيو إيفنت للتطوير» خلال المعرض محفظة مشروعاتها في جدة، والتي تضم «سَكن فيو – Sakan View» و«سَكن فيو 2 – Sakan View 2» و«سَكن فيو 3 – Sakan View 3»، وتقع المشروعات الثلاثة في مخطط شمس العروس، وتتميز بمواقعها الإستراتيجية وتصميماتها العصرية.
كما تضم محفظة الشركة مشروع «إطلالة تاورز» بمخطط درب الحرمين في جدة، إلى جانب مشروع «چدّيا تاورز»، الذي يتمتع بموقع مميز وإطلالات مباشرة على أكبر حديقة مركزية وأكبر ممشى سياحي في جدة.
4 مشروعات في مصر بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة
وفي السوق المصري، استعرضت الشركة محفظة مشروعاتها في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، والتي تضم أربعة مشروعات سكنية وتجارية وإدارية.
وتشمل المحفظة مشروع «ليال ريزيدنس – Layal Residence» بمنطقة R8 على مساحة 38 فدانًا، ويتميز بانخفاض الكثافة البنائية وتنوع الوحدات بين الفيلات والتوين هاوس والتاون هاوس والشقق السكنية، إلى جانب مشروع «قمري ريزيدنس – Qamari Residence» بمنطقة R8 على مساحة 25 فدانًا.
وفي القطاع التجاري والإداري، تضم محفظة الشركة مشروع H Mall في منطقة الداون تاون، وهو مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات يتكون من دور أرضي و13 دورًا ويتمتع بموقع إستراتيجي بالقرب من عدد من المناطق الحيوية بالعاصمة، بالإضافة إلى Trave Business Complex في الداون تاون، وهو مشروع تجاري وإداري يتكون من دور أرضي و13 دورًا ويتمتع بإطلالات مباشرة على النهر الأخضر.
وأكد الدكتور حميد الرجوي أن تنوع محفظة «نيو إيفنت للتطوير» في مصر والسعودية يأتي ضمن إستراتيجية الشركة للتوسع المدروس، مع التركيز على اختيار المواقع الإستراتيجية وجودة التخطيط والتنفيذ، بما يدعم خططها للنمو خلال الفترة المقبلة.

New Event for Real Estate Development is participating in the “Ciredo” real estate exhibition, hosted in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from September 6 to 8, 2026, as the platinum sponsor of the exhibition, reflecting the company’s strategy to enhance its presence and expansions in the Saudi market.
The exhibition is held under the patronage and participation of the Saudi Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the General Authority for Real Estate, along with the Real Estate Development Fund, and features a selection of developers, investors, and economic leaders in the real estate sector.
The exhibition witnessed the honoring of Dr. Hamid Al-Rajawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Event for Real Estate Development, in appreciation of his distinguished role and contributions to supporting urban development, following his participation as a speaker in one of the discussion sessions held on the sidelines of the exhibition.

Diverse Project Portfolio in Jeddah
During the exhibition, New Event for Development will showcase its project portfolio in Jeddah, which includes “Sakan View,” “Sakan View 2,” and “Sakan View 3.” The three projects are located in the Shams Al-Arous scheme and are distinguished by their strategic locations and modern designs.
The company’s portfolio also includes the “Ittila’a Towers” project in the Darb Al-Haramain scheme in Jeddah, along with the “Jeddia Towers” project, which enjoys a prime location with direct views of the largest central park and the largest tourist promenade in Jeddah.
4 Projects in Egypt in the New Administrative Capital
In the Egyptian market, the company showcased its project portfolio in the New Administrative Capital, which includes four residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
The portfolio includes the “Layal Residence” project in Area R8, covering an area of 38 acres, characterized by low building density and a variety of units including villas, twin houses, townhouses, and residential apartments, in addition to the “Qamari Residence” project in Area R8, covering an area of 25 acres.
In the commercial and administrative sector, the company’s portfolio includes the H Mall project in the downtown area, a mixed-use project consisting of a ground floor and 13 floors, strategically located near several vital areas of the capital, in addition to the Trave Business Complex in downtown, which is a commercial and administrative project consisting of a ground floor and 13 floors with direct views of the Green River.
