علمت «عكاظ» أن منصة «قوى» التابعة لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، منعت نقل خدمات موظف لا ترتبط مهنته الحالية بنشاط المنشأة المراد انتقاله إليها.
وشددت المنصة أنه في حال رغبة المنشأة نقل خدمات أي موظف، فيشترط اختيار موظف يحمل مهنة مرتبطة بنشاط المنشأة، أو إزالة أحد الموظفين الذين يشغلون مهنا غير مرتبطة بنشاط المنشأة في حال وجود ملاحظة تفيد وصول المنشأة للحد الأعلى من المهن غير المرتبطة.
وأكدت المنصة أن المنشآت ستقتصر صلاحيتها في تغيير مهن العاملين لديها فقط، أما الموظف الذي لديه طلب نقل قيد الإجراء سيكون على هوية المنشأة الحالية حتى اكتمال انتقاله إلى المنشأة الجديدة.
وكانت وزارة التجارة سمحت للمنشأة بإضافة عدة أنشطة على السجل التجاري الواحد، دون وجود قيود على عدد الأنشطة في السجل الواحد، عبر خدماتها الإلكترونية دون الحاجة لزيارة فروعها، إذ يتم تعديل الأنشطة في السجل التجاري الواحد برسم قدره 100 ريال.
نطاقات السجل الأعلى
وفيما يختص بالسجل التجاري متعدد الأنشطة، بدأت المنصة باختيار نطاقات للنشاط الأعلى في نسبة التوطين من بين الأنشطة الأخرى.
وربطت المنصة الأنشطة الاقتصادية ضمن الدليل الوطني للأنشطة الاقتصادية ISIC4 بعد أن تم دمج الأنشطة المتقاربة بنسبة التوطين ضمن كيان واحد (نشاط نطاقات) لغرض احتساب نسبة التوطين للكيان ولمعرفة النشاط الاقتصادي للكيان في نطاقات، مع إعلان المنصة وضع حاسبة لمعرفة نطاق الكيان.
Al-Iqtisad learned that the “Qiwa” platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has prohibited the transfer of an employee’s services if their current profession is not related to the activity of the establishment they wish to transfer to.
The platform emphasized that if an establishment wishes to transfer the services of any employee, it is required to choose an employee whose profession is linked to the activity of the establishment, or to remove one of the employees who hold professions not related to the establishment’s activity if there is a note indicating that the establishment has reached the maximum limit of unrelated professions.
The platform confirmed that establishments will only have the authority to change the professions of their employees; however, any employee with a pending transfer request will remain under the identity of the current establishment until their transfer to the new establishment is completed.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Commerce allowed establishments to add multiple activities to a single commercial registration, without restrictions on the number of activities in one registration, through its electronic services without the need to visit its branches. Activities in a single commercial registration can be modified for a fee of 100 riyals.
Higher Registration Scope
Regarding the multi-activity commercial registration, the platform has started selecting scopes for the highest activity in terms of localization percentage among other activities.
The platform linked economic activities within the National Guide for Economic Activities ISIC4 after merging closely related activities based on localization percentage into a single entity (Nitaqat Activity) for the purpose of calculating the localization percentage for the entity and to identify the economic activity of the entity in Nitaqat, with the announcement of the platform providing a calculator to determine the entity’s scope.
