أعلنت نقابة الفنانين العراقيين عن توجيهات جديدة للفنانين والإعلاميين وصناع المحتوى، شددت خلالها على ضرورة توخي الدقة قبل الموافقة على المشاركة في أي فعاليات أو مهرجانات، سواء داخل العراق أو خارجه، مع الالتزام الكامل بالأطر القانونية المنظمة.
تنبيه بضرورة التدقيق
وأكدت النقابة في بيان رسمي أن المرحلة الحالية تستدعي قدرًا أكبر من الوعي والمسؤولية، داعية جميع العاملين في المجال الفني والإعلامي إلى عدم الانسياق وراء أي دعوات دون التأكد من قانونيتها والجهات القائمة عليها.
رصد مخالفات وتحذيرات
وكشفت عن ملاحظتها لعدد من الحالات التي تم فيها استغلال أسماء فنانين في فعاليات غير مرخصة أو تفتقر للموافقات الرسمية، فضلًا عن أنشطة غير واضحة التمويل، الأمر الذي قد يعرض المشاركين لمساءلة قانونية ويؤثر على صورتهم المهنية.
اشتراطات أساسية قبل المشاركة
وشددت على ضرورة استيفاء عدة شروط قبل القبول بأي دعوة، من بينها التأكد من التصاريح الرسمية، ومعرفة الجهة المنظمة بشكل واضح، والحصول على الموافقات الأمنية والإدارية، إلى جانب التحقق من مصادر التمويل والرعاية.
تحمّل المسؤولية القانونية
واختتمت النقابة بيانها بالتأكيد على أهمية تزويدها بكافة المستندات المتعلقة بأي فعالية لمراجعتها، محذرة من أن المشاركة في فعاليات غير معتمدة ستضع الفنان تحت طائلة المسؤولية الكاملة، ومؤكدة أن الحفاظ على سمعة الفنان العراقي مسؤولية لا تقبل المجازفة.

Notice of the Need for Verification
The syndicate confirmed in an official statement that the current phase requires a greater degree of awareness and responsibility, urging all those working in the artistic and media fields not to be swayed by any invitations without verifying their legality and the entities behind them.
Monitoring Violations and Warnings
It revealed that it has observed several cases where the names of artists were exploited in unlicensed events or those lacking official approvals, in addition to activities with unclear funding, which could expose participants to legal accountability and affect their professional image.
Basic Conditions Before Participation
It stressed the necessity of fulfilling several conditions before accepting any invitation, including verifying official permits, clearly knowing the organizing entity, obtaining security and administrative approvals, as well as checking the sources of funding and sponsorship.
Assuming Legal Responsibility
The syndicate concluded its statement by emphasizing the importance of providing it with all documents related to any event for review, warning that participation in unapproved events will place the artist under full legal responsibility, and asserting that maintaining the reputation of the Iraqi artist is a responsibility that cannot be taken lightly.
