لجأت الفنانة المصرية غادة عبد الرازق إلى القضاء لحماية حقوقها من الشركة المنتجة لمسلسلها الرمضاني الجديد «عاليا»، بعد إخلالها ببنود العقد وتأجيل تصوير المسلسل أكثر من مرة دون مبرر، رغم تحديد مواعيد واضحة للبدء منذ 15 يناير 2025.
أعلن المستشار القانوني ياسر قنطوش، محامي غادة عبد الرازق، اتخاذ جميع الخطوات القانونية اللازمة ضد الشركة، بعدما قامت بتسويق وبيع المسلسل داخل مصر وخارجها قبل تصوير أي مشاهد، وحصلت على عائد مادي دون تنفيذ التزاماتها أو صرف المستحقات المالية للفنانة.
منع استخدام اسم غادة في التسويق
أكدت غادة رفضها التام لاستخدام اسمها في ترويج المسلسل دون إذنها، مشيرة إلى أن العلاقة مع الشركة لم تعد قائمة نتيجة هذه التجاوزات.
تعليق إصدار تصاريح العمل
تكفل مكتب المستشار القانوني بمخاطبة الجهات المختصة لمنع إصدار أي تصاريح تتعلق بالمسلسل أو تسويقه، لحين إنهاء التسوية القانونية وحفظ حقوق الفنانة الأدبية والمادية.
The Egyptian artist Ghada Abdel Razek has resorted to the judiciary to protect her rights from the production company of her new Ramadan series “Aliya,” after it breached the contract terms and postponed the filming of the series multiple times without justification, despite clear dates set to begin since January 15, 2025.
Legal advisor Yasser Qantosh, Ghada Abdel Razek’s lawyer, announced that all necessary legal steps are being taken against the company, after it marketed and sold the series inside and outside Egypt before filming any scenes, and received financial returns without fulfilling its obligations or disbursing the financial dues to the artist.
Prohibition of Using Ghada’s Name in Marketing
Ghada confirmed her complete refusal to allow her name to be used in promoting the series without her permission, indicating that the relationship with the company is no longer valid due to these violations.
Suspension of Work Permit Issuance
The legal advisor’s office has taken it upon itself to communicate with the relevant authorities to prevent the issuance of any permits related to the series or its marketing, until the legal settlement is completed and the artist’s moral and financial rights are preserved.
