قطع الفنان المصري حلمي عبدالباقي، بعدم صحة الأنباء التي تناقلتها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أخيراً حول إحالته إلى مجلس تأديب بنقابة المهن الموسيقية، مؤكداً عدم دقة هذه الأنباء فضلاً الى عدم استنادها إلى وقائع قانونية صحيحة.
لا اتهامات ولا تحقيق
وقال عبدالباقي: «لم تُوجَّه لي أي اتهامات بشكل مباشر خلال جلسة تحقيق رسمية، ولم أخضع لأي تحقيق من الأساس».
وأشار في بيان أصدره إلى أنه تقدمه بطعن قانوني على القرار الإداري الصادر بتحويله للتحقيق، ما ترتب عليه إيقاف جميع إجراءات التحقيق لحين الفصل في الطعن، كاشفاً أن القضاء الإداري لم يصدر قراره في الدعوى حتى الآن.
لافتاً إلى أن ما يجري يشير إلى وجود نية مبيتة للإطاحة به من مجلس النقابة، على حد تعبيره، ليوجه تساؤلاً عن كيفية اتخاذ مثل هذا الإجراء دون توجيه اتهامات رسمية أو بدء تحقيق.
وأضاف فوجئت بما نُشر أخيراً حول إحالتي إلى مجلس تأديب بنقابة المهن الموسيقية، معتبراً ذلك سبقاً للأحداث وتضليلاً للرأي العام، مؤكداً احترامه الكامل للقانون والمؤسسات، مطالباً بتحري الدقة وعدم الانسياق وراء الشائعات المتداولة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
The Egyptian artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi denied the rumors that circulated on social media recently about his referral to a disciplinary council at the Musicians’ Syndicate, confirming that this news is inaccurate and not based on any valid legal facts.
No Charges or Investigation
Abdel-Baqi said: “No charges have been directed at me directly during an official investigation session, and I have not been subjected to any investigation at all.”
He indicated in a statement he issued that he has filed a legal appeal against the administrative decision to refer him for investigation, which has resulted in the suspension of all investigation procedures until the appeal is resolved, revealing that the administrative judiciary has not issued its decision in the case yet.
He pointed out that what is happening indicates a premeditated intention to oust him from the Syndicate Council, as he put it, questioning how such a measure could be taken without any official charges or the initiation of an investigation.
He added that he was surprised by what was recently published about his referral to a disciplinary council at the Musicians’ Syndicate, considering it a preemptive move and a misrepresentation of public opinion, affirming his full respect for the law and institutions, and calling for accuracy and not succumbing to the rumors circulating on social media platforms.
