وسرعان ما تدخل إياد النقيب، مدير أعمال فضل شاكر، في تصريحات تلفزيونية، لنفي ما تم تداوله، مؤكدًا أن خبر وفاة الفنان عارٍ تمامًا من الصحة ولا يستند إلى أي معلومات حقيقية.
ودعا النقيب إلى عدم إعادة نشر الشائعة أو تداول الأخبار غير الموثقة، مطالبًا الجمهور بالاعتماد على المصادر الرسمية فيما يتعلق بأخبار الفنان وحالته.
نجل فضل شاكر يرد
وفي السياق نفسه، حرص محمد شاكر، نجل الفنان، على وضع حد للجدل، بعدما رد على المنشور الذي روج للشائعة، مؤكدًا عدم صحة الخبر.
وكتب محمد شاكر تعليقًا مقتضبًا قال فيه: «الله يطول بعمره وياخد من عمرك.. غير صحيح»، ليؤكد بذلك أن والده بخير، وينهي حالة القلق التي انتابت محبيه.
صورة وراء انتشار الشائعة
وكانت الشائعة قد بدأت من خلال حساب متخصص في أخبار المشاهير، نشر صورة لفضل شاكر باللونين الأبيض والأسود، مرفقة بعبارة «إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون»، الأمر الذي دفع عددًا من المستخدمين إلى إعادة تداول الخبر على نطاق واسع.

In the same context, Mohammed Shaker, the artist’s son, was keen to put an end to the controversy after responding to the post that promoted the rumor, confirming the news’s inaccuracy.
Mohammed Shaker wrote a brief comment saying: “May God prolong his life and take from yours… not true,” thus confirming that his father is fine and ending the state of anxiety that had affected his fans.

The rumor began through an account specialized in celebrity news, which posted a black and white image of Fadl Shaker, accompanied by the phrase “Indeed, we belong to God and indeed to Him we shall return,” prompting a number of users to widely circulate the news.
