وصف المستشار القانوني للفنانة المصرية وفاء عامر، الاتهامات التي طالت موكلته بشأن الاستعانة بأشخاص تابعين لرجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ لخطف البلوغر مروة يسري، الشهيرة بـ«بنت مبارك» بالمفبركة، مؤكدًا اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد مروجيها.
لا أدله ولا وقائع
وقال المستشار القانوني للفنانة المصرية وفاء عامر المحامي هيثم حمد الله، «البلاغ المقدم ضد موكلتي إلى النائب العام عارٍ تمامًا من الصحة ولا يستند إلى أي أدلة أو وقائع حقيقية»
وأضاف: «البلاغ ليس له أساس من الصحة، وتوقيت تقديمه يستهدف استغلال اسم الفنانة وفاء عامر لتصدر الترند، مستغلاً الأزمة المثارة حاليًا حول رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ عقب القبض عليه».
إجراءات قانونية
وأشار إلى أن فريق الدفاع مستعد للتعامل مع أي إجراءات قانونية قد تترتب على البلاغ، موضحًا بأنه في حال قررت النيابة العامة فتح تحقيق رسمي واستدعاء موكلته، فسيكون هناك «رد قانوني عنيف» ضد دفاع «بنت مبارك»، يتضمن كشف الأطراف الداعمة له وخلفيات الاتهامات الموجهة إلى الفنانة، مؤكداً اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد بعض المواقع الإخبارية وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي التي نشرت – بحسب قوله – أخبارًا كاذبة وتضمنت إساءة وتشهيرًا بموكلته.
اقتحام شقة
وتأتي هذه التصريحات بعد تقدم دفاع البلوغر مروة يسري ببلاغ إلى النائب العام، اتهم فيه رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ بإرسال مجموعة من الأشخاص لاقتحام شقة موكلته في منطقة المنتزه بمحافظة الإسكندرية، بهدف خطفها وإجبارها على تسليم نفسها للأجهزة الأمنية، مدعيًا وجود تحريض من أطراف أخرى من بينهم الفنانة وفاء عامر.
وأوضح دفاع البلوغر أن البلاغ استند إلى تسجيل صوتي متداول على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لشخص، يزعم فيه أن صبري نخنوخ كلف مجموعة من رجاله باقتحام منزل «بنت مبارك» وإجبارها على تسليم نفسها للشرطة لصالح أطراف أخرى.
The legal advisor of the Egyptian artist Wafaa Amer described the accusations against his client regarding the involvement of individuals affiliated with businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh in the kidnapping of blogger Marwa Yousry, known as “Bint Mubarak,” as fabricated, confirming that legal actions will be taken against those who promote these claims.
No Evidence or Facts
The legal advisor for the Egyptian artist Wafaa Amer, lawyer Haitham Hamdallah, stated, “The complaint filed against my client to the public prosecutor is completely unfounded and does not rely on any evidence or real facts.”
He added, “The complaint has no basis in truth, and the timing of its submission aims to exploit the name of the artist Wafaa Amer to trend, taking advantage of the current crisis surrounding businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh following his arrest.”
Legal Actions
He indicated that the defense team is prepared to handle any legal actions that may arise from the complaint, clarifying that if the public prosecutor decides to open an official investigation and summon his client, there will be a “strong legal response” against the defense of “Bint Mubarak,” which will include revealing the supporting parties and the backgrounds of the accusations directed at the artist, affirming that legal actions will be taken against some news websites and social media pages that published – according to him – false news that included defamation and slander against his client.
Apartment Break-in
These statements come after the defense of blogger Marwa Yousry filed a complaint with the public prosecutor, accusing businessman Sabry Nakhnoukh of sending a group of individuals to break into his client’s apartment in the Montazah area of Alexandria, with the aim of kidnapping her and forcing her to surrender to the security authorities, claiming that there was incitement from other parties, including artist Wafaa Amer.
The defense of the blogger clarified that the complaint was based on an audio recording circulating on social media of a person claiming that Sabry Nakhnoukh tasked a group of his men with breaking into “Bint Mubarak’s” home and forcing her to surrender to the police on behalf of other parties.
